Dulce Vida Tacos & Tequila — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

The food was absolutely delicious, I ordered a drink that came with a cheaply made hot air balloon and cotton candy. The server left the ballon and cotton candy it came with and took the metal stand back. Afterwards I asked if we could pay for the salsa bowl. Fast forward to walking out….. a man at the entrance stopped me and YANKED the balloon away and RIPPED OPEN my to go box and took back the salsa bowl we paid for and stated EXTRA loud “YOU CANNOT TAKE THIS STUFF” I was completely embarrassed, we paid 17.00 for a mini margarita and thought the little fake cardboard balloon came with it because the waiter left it there and took back what it came on along with our empty plates in the end and (to repeat myself again) the salsa dish we offered to pay for. Our bill with tip was very much over $100 bucks. I’ve been waiting to go to this restaurant for months and we finally had a special occasion and opportunity. It completely ruined it. I didn’t feel like a customer, I left like a thief thwarted in front of all the guests. If that is how customer service is there and people aren’t aware of policy’s we will not be returning.
