Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I absolutely love coming to Dutch Bros, and it’s all because of the amazing vibes and even more amazing crew! Every time I stop by, Yassi, Abby, and Monica go above and beyond to make my day better. They’re always so friendly, energetic, and genuinely make you feel like part of the DB family.

Whether it’s recommending a new drink or just sharing a quick laugh, they turn a regular coffee run into something I actually look forward to. You can tell they love what they do—and it shows in every interaction. Shoutout to Yassi for always remembering my order, Monica for her contagious smile, and Abby for her chill, positive energy.

Drinks are always made pretty well. But can we please figure out a better system for the drive thru lanes? I pull in the shortest lane, sit for about ten minutes, then watch four people pull into the other lane. Even though I've sat for 10+ minutes at this point, AND I placed a mobile order, the cars that just pulled in are helped first and directed to pull in front of me. I don't blame the customers, or the employees. But even the workers seem agitated and flustered by the customer flow.

EDIT: They have started to tackle to lane issue by telling each car who they'll be behind after taking their order. This is working great so far! Although I still wish they could tell which car...

They just opened so please give these folks some patience! I will say they set them up for failure because the way the builders placed their building and entrance to the building is pure dookie. If you're approaching on Western you'll have to go over the over pass and around to where that car dealership is behind dutch bros there's a little unmarked entrance that will go around back and put you in the line. There's technically only one entrance. Might take some practice to find it. They definitely have little mobile signs they said they're getting to help with the traffic issue.
