Grandy's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

They food is good. Alot is deep fried. I came here at 10:15 am and asked for a chicken fried sandwhich. They lady said no you must order breakfast only. I said I did not want breakfast. She said I had to wait 25 mins. The chicken fried steak were available for breakfast. She told me non of the lunch items were ready. So short on time I had to eat my chicken fry with pancakes and eggs Instead of having it as a sandwhich with french fries. I know they went to get rid of all the cooked op breakfast items, but they shouldn't make it the only option is what they want you to eat..I feel they could of cooked a few fries, the chicken fries were available for breakfast. I just felt my what I wanted did not matter, no matter how little of effort it would take. I worked in this field before and others with customer service. Customer satisfaction was a priority. I just did not felt like they cared. If they would of even attempted to give what I asked for they would currently be back. That's why we eat out, to choose...

We've ate here countless times. But tonight was horrible. Ordered a Southwest chicken dinner. Lol that was a joke 2 dried up pieces of meat that were paper thin and about the size of the palm of my hand if that. Sent it back brought back 2 fresh pieces... When I say fresh I mean fresh. They were a little bigger and thicker but were not done. Sent those back and got a chicken fried steak. It was ruined. Had a bitter, tangy taste. Took it back and was asked if they could get me more chicken. I said 2 piece white meat... The response was oh we're closed so we're out of chicken. Lol why did u ask then? So I jus said we want our money back. But guess what... Since we paid for it with a card it might take up to 7 days.... What a freakin joke! Asked for the corporate or main number... We don't really have one since it's franchised..... So there is no number to head quarters or anything. We won't ever go back again. That was horrible. Went in hungry and came out sick to...

Very first time visiting this restaurant at all, was a very bad experience. If I could've rated 0 stars I would have. Ordered 2 adult meals and 3 kids meals. Was told they would bring the fries out to us because they weren't ready. After we had all eaten what we had the fries still hadn't came. Had to go and ask if they could package them to go, as we were already done eating and the manager got angry at us that we had an issue and started yelling as if it was our fault that we didn't receive what we had ordered and paid for. There was hair in one of the kids chicken nuggets, the employees were fighting with each other like they didn't want to be at work on a Sunday. I can see why there's not many of these restaurants around in the metro anymore. I really hate to leave negative reviews but if it helps someone else to avoid wasting their time and money then I've done...
