McDonald's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

The cooks at this hour are garbage and the drive thru staff aren't the best either. I asked for two double cheeseburgers one with only mustard, The other only ketchup and Mayo. The mustard one comes correct and tastes good which is how they redeemed the extra star. But the Mayo one was a regular McDouble instead. I had to wait back in line to get it corrected. They say they just threw out all the dinner stuff and it's breakfast now. They offer to switch out for two hash browns. I accepted But don't know why they took back a burger I'd already bitten out of (how I discovered the error), I was hoping for the very least, I could have at least kept that for my troubles, picked the pickles and onions and stuff off since they closed breakfast. But they take the burger and bring back. I'm not kidding. The two two most overcooked brown burnt hash browns I could have gotten. So from night to morning the food became poop. And night was already making mistakes. And then the correction on top of that was honestly lackluster and unsanitary. I've been up all my night at work. I was not waiting in line again to get those hash browns corrected again. Sorry McDonald's on Sheridan but you kind of suck. Please make me some good food next time So I can change...

This is about the only place in Midtown/Downtown you can get breakfast before 6:30am. I only like the EggMcMuffin with a real egg on it. Can't stand the eggs from a carton. A couple of weeks ago I arrived at work, opened my bag of breakfast and found cartoned eggs on my McMuffin sandwich. I returned to the store a few days later in the afternoon and spoke with the manager about my experience. She advised me to mention this conversation the next time I came in and they would give me a complimentary Egg McMuffin. So about a week later I did just that. The lady in he drive thru asked me the name of the manager I spoke with. I didn't recall so she said she couldn't help me. I asked for the manager on duty then. When she came to the window I received the same response. I suppose I must have looked like I needed to con McDonald's out of a breakfast sandwich. Mind you I had another $7-8 of food on my order. I was so pissed I just left with nothing. Now I just hungrily drive by the place every morning wondering what ever happened to customer service.

I tried to call first before posting, but there was no answer after 30+ rings...

The Old Mexican lady that is manager Is THE SORRIEST EXCUSES OF THAT POSITION OR ANY OTHER POSITION YOU COULD POSSIBLY PUT HER AT! If you seen the way she TREATED THE HOMELESS! She thought I was HOMELESS, IM NOT 🚫 But I played along as if I was. She TREATED US SO (INHUMANE). Took 2hrs to open the doors once in even explaining I'm a paying customer and asking her unlock door to restroom to use it, she told me NO, NO, a started saying she would call cops. She walked through and would yell in Spanish (yelling) and pointing at us and then the door.She treated all us as tho we were in an inhumane dog pound! I AM APPALLED, WAS EMBARRASSED AND FELT VERY SHAMED AND FELT VERY SORRY FOR THE OTHERS. THE WAY SHE ACTED AND TREATED EVERYBODY. She has NO BUSINESS WORKING ANYWHERE AND FRANKLY I WILL NOT EAT AT MCDONALD'S EVER AGAIN ANY MCDONALD'S BECAUSE OF HER AND BECAUSE MCDONALD'S LET SOMEBODY LIKE THAT WORK FOR THEM!
