Two times this week friday morning around 3 AM and around 3 AM this morning I pull through to the drive thru only to be told that they are not open at that time. Both times a shady small car is at the second drive thru window sitting there in park. Friday I didn't have time to stick around and I left. This early morning I decided to film. Not only was the same shady car sitting there in the drive thru I pulled over to film the drive thru and the shady car. After a couple of minutes the car drives off with out being passed any food that I witnessed. I guess drug deals happen here in the early AM. The car drove off only to turn back after 4 blocks. I pulled across the street still filming and the car came back. This time they made it look like they placed an order and went to the second window to wait. I seen a drink and then food handed out. They were not closed like the manager said. They are serving their friends or family free of charge because this time as I pulled up still filming they told me they would be open in ten minutes. I told her I would wait. She told me to pull to the second window. No one took my order until the car pulled off and I pulled up. The manager had to put a drawer in a cash register to cash my change so obviously whoever the car is that comes and hangs out in the drive thru at 3 AM does not need a drawer for their money to go into but can leave with food from a CLOSED mcdonalds. Once I filmed what happened they took my order and gave me my food. I hope that if anyone else sees this car film it. Maybe after a collection of film showing what shady stuff they are doing in the early morning over there. It says 24 hours online. So I know she atleast lies. But actions point to possible drug deal more than anything. That car did not pull up for food the first time but came back and did get food the second time. Js. After filming I had my order and was driving away in 20 minutes. She took me serious all of the sudden I guess when they...
Read moreA friend and I visited today to get Big Mac meals. We began speaking to a younger female with a slight accent and a large attitude. It was clear from the beginning this lady does not know how to deal with customers or hates her job or both. We proceeded to order asking for our Big Macs to be placed on regular buns instead of seasame as I am allergic to them. She got very defensive and said it was their “new company policy that they cannot switch buns”. I explained again the allergy situation and she was firm and repeated “it was against their company policy and if we wanted to talk to a Manager we can come to the window. I told her I did not believe that they cannot switch buns on a sandwich. I told her I would not speak to Manager that I would call their 800 McDonalds number and she said “do what you have to do” with an attitude. I told her to cancel our order and we pulled over and called McDonalds corporate office. We filed a complaint about the incident and was told they were going to investigate and contact us back on our emails. It is clear this young “female” with the attitude did not like her job and should not be on the front lines dealing with customers. If i was the franchise owner I would see a huge training opportunity with this disgruntled employee. I hope they see this message and respond to me. This is bad customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. I resent the way I was spoken too. Perhaps I should have ordered the sandwich and ate it and got sick and then sue the franchise because they would not switch the bread? Would they have liked that? Avoid this horrible McDonalds location. My only regret is I didn’t obtain this little tarts name...
Read moreIf you can, take the extra 5-10 minutes to go to the next McDonald’s. I work down the street so I come here every other day. I’ll keep this simple: Dr. Pepper is always out. Sweet tea is never sugared. Soggy fries. Practically cold nuggets. Most of them don’t speak English, at all; the other half are great actors at not speaking English when they don’t want to do their jobs properly. Counter service is non existent. Second drive thru line is highly neglected. Food is rarely fresh. Half of them seem like they’re so high they would float away therefore they make major mistakes like taking your order wrong (literally inputting the wrong things, nothing at all or adding things you didn’t ask for) or spacing out mid order. God forbid you order any sauce, you’ll end up with a random one that is rarely the one you asked for, if one at all.
If they’re out of an item that comes in the Happy Meal they just won’t give you anything. Got my son one on multiple occasions and he didn’t have apple slices in the box and they didn’t inform me about it or offer a substitute, they just literally gave nothing. I ended up having to practically argue with them each time (which is how I learned half of them are great actors at pretending not to speak English) until they finally offered a substitute. Sorry not sorry but I paid for apple slices therefore I’m going to get apple slices or...
