Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Experience started off good walked in wasn't real busy was welcomed. Made order went to find seats to dine in. Could not find a clean table looked at booth and found drink had been dropped underneath Big puddle cane sauce all over one area of booths. so asked cashiers to get some to clean dinner area. She simply said we have been busy all day. Turned and continue to take orders and not address mess in diner area. So I called store number manager answers phone I voice my concerns and she her self attemps yo clean diner area. Cashiers talked amongst themselves. Look in my family's direction. Was not satisfied with mess and bar stoles where not idle for 2year old to sit. We simply asked cashiers for to go box and they had us (2) kids boxes to go and my wife asked for a big box like what would come with caniac combos. She says all out sorry. As my wife and I packed up food she calls order for pick up and my wife see big box and said that's the big box. Cashiers say oh I'm sorry with tone and do not attempt to give us said box and turn away to talk amongst themselves again. All happened today around 3:50pm-4:10pm. Never again will do business with this...

Poor customer service. I ordered a 3piece combo when ask for the drink I said lemonade by at the same time my mother said sprite.. So I said "oh sorry do y'all have sprite" and instead of her just saying "yes would u like a sprite", she INSTANTLY got caught an attitude and said " you want lemonade or sprite!!" . I said Obviously sprite if that's what I'm asking for, so do you have sprite!???? So someone else told me to pull forward. I get to the window and the dusty manager didn'tdo anything to deescalate the situation, as she was just standing there staring me down like she was gone do something, he basically instigated the situation but told me he changed the drink to sprite and asked me to leave! I left and it was still LEMONADE!!! I want what I pay for and if changing a drink before I even complete my order is a big issue than maybe this career isn't a good fit!! She clearly thought she was talking to someone's child for a second.. I never had issues until today but I also never seen that girl or that sorry excuse of a manger there before, it's probably why my chicken is also undercooked this time. Y'ALL WHEN I TELL YOU THAT THE LORD HAS HIS HAND IN CAINE'S FROM THE ATMOSPHERE TO THE EMPLOYEES ANNNNNNND ALL OVER THIS FRESH MADE TO ORDER CHICKEN REGARDLESS TO OPENING OR 30 SEC B4 THEY CLOSE!!! SERIOUSLY YES I'M THAT CUSTOMER THAT COMES FLYING IN ON 2 WHEELS 2 MIN B4 CLOSING BECAUSE I'M SO INDECISIVE ANNNNNNND SUCH A PROCRASTINATOR TERRIBLE THINGS I MUST FIX ABOUT ME NONETHELESS IT'S PLACES LIKE CAINE'S AND THEIR MANAGEMENT I HAVE TO TRULY APPRECIATE BECAUSE NOT 1 TIME HAS ANYONE EVER ACTED ANNOYED OR JUST GAVE ME WHATEVER THEY HAD LEFT FROM THE DAY!!
