Normally i’m the type absolutely hype up a crew especially a crew that works fast food where there’s times you have to meet and labor you have to follow as well. it’s hard working fast food. but tonight absolutely not. 8/17/2024 at approximately 11:00pm i am now leaving your store at 11:31pm. i have celiacs disease, i adore the fact you guys have a naked bird because i get to enjoy y’all’s food every once in a while. cross contamination isn’t great but it’s something i commit to when eating there, that isn’t my problem this evening. my problem is that practically every time that i go through your drive thru, they mess up the one detail that’s most important, it’s such a problem i call in the order and walk in at times because i don’t have faith that a 15 minute trip isn’t going to turn into a 30-40 minute trip. not only that but even then y’all have messed up even though that was the way y’all informed i should order it at this location. i order some kind of box combo every time, naked bird, no slaw, extra fries and my bread in a separate container. i don’t know how to word or say it at this point for y’all to understand in this location that the bread needs to be in a separate box. i get if there isn’t a button specially for no bread but i imagine there is a notes button on that pos system if not communication in the kitchen. tonight my boyfriend had stated in the window, “please put the toast in a separate container, my girlfriend is allergic, but i want it” I normally tell him don’t state that there is an allergy because i understand you can’t guarantee 100% an accommodation where it’s a mixed kitchen full of allergens but tonight he felt that maybe this time y’all would understand that the bread needs to be separate. yall had me pull forward to wait for my chicken like you normally do which i appreciate because it always comes out hot. the manager is normally the one who greets us and hands is our food in that scenario. this evening we had a person with blue hair help us i didn’t catch their name but they had a grey collared shirt like other management. When they had walked up to the car, they said “hey they said it was an allergy, we can’t accommodate that, the fryer is bread infested anyway, they are learning still, so sorry” and they ran off inside. When i checked my bag, i noticed again, yall failed to not put the bread in a separate box. The way i took it is oh everything has bread anyway in their eyes who cares if i forget the one thing the customer asked for. They chose to listen to what they wanted. I never stated i had a bread allergy, and i do not like nor will i accept the assumption, i could have been allergic to dairy, since i said no slaw either. their snarky attitude and the assumption is what has me upset this evening because an assumption in a food establishment can be life or death, i understand laws protect fast food establishments especially because of this matter, but do yall not have a conscious in this store ??? The amount of food that goes to waste just because of my order is probably absolutely ridiculous at this point and I’m absolutely done with that. I don’t have problems at yalls location by penn and 23rd but i live in war acres i should be able to enjoy my home location without this constant issue. i’ve even gone to tulsa locations and yall have it down pat over there. now i will end this with a positive, the gentleman upfront, blonde curly hair and scruff on his face, he was an absolute sweetheart, helped me immediately, heard my concerns and made me feel confident that it would be fixed. He even checked that they packed it right prior to giving it to me and gave me an extra sauce which i deeply appreciate. I will admit i was not the kindest, and i apologized to him and communicated im walking in upset, and needed to cool off before i opened my mouth. Even then, he went above and beyond to help me. Thank...
Read moreAvoid this location if possible. I understand orders get put together wrong, but don’t treat the customer like they are putting you out and giving physical expressions to make it know that you are aggravated, just because they pointed out a mistake that you made and ask for it to be corrected. Not professional or polite.
We made our order, and when we pulled up to the window they verified the order. There was a mistake that I mentioned and asked for it to be corrected. The person at the window read the order to me again and I stated again what was incorrect. Not a problem on my end at this time, sometimes it’s hard to understand people with a mask on. She finally corrected the order and was making it well known that I was irritating her. We get our food, pull away from the window and check over our order. There was things missing. So, I pull back around, wait in line for the second time, drive up to the window and relay that we are missing items in our order. She cuts me off mid sentence, and yells at someone in the back. I then continue to tell her what else was missing. She exhales very aggressively and yells at someone in the back again. They get the things together and damn near throws it in my hand. Nothing is said at this point, no apologies, just slams the drive thru window shut. I will never visit this location again. Not worth the time and hassle. I would advise others to...

⸻
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Raising Cane’s is easily one of the best places for chicken lovers! Their chicken fingers are always hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy on the outside while staying juicy and tender inside. The flavor is simple but done right, and you can tell they take pride in serving quality food every single time.
The Cane’s Sauce is the real star—it’s addictive and pairs perfectly with the chicken, crinkle-cut fries, and even the Texas toast. Speaking of sides, everything is consistently fresh—the fries are golden and crisp, the coleslaw is refreshing, and that buttery Texas toast is impossible to resist.
Service is fast and friendly, even when the line is long, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Whether you’re grabbing a quick meal on the go or sitting down with friends and family, Cane’s always delivers on taste and consistency.
If you’re craving chicken done right, Raising Cane’s never disappoints. A simple menu, but executed...
