This location is absolutely horrible! My husband and I have eaten Schlotzsky's for years, this is so disappointing. � They're unprofessional and do not value customers! They are independently owned, therefore do not have any kind of policy they have to follow. My husband and I paid $20 for lunch, two sandwiches and a bowl of soup to share on our way to OU game. We get it opened up, in traffic and the bigger sandwich is on top of the smaller one, sideways and they're both soggy with pickle juice from the spears that were lazily thrown on them. I called, upset, we didn't have time to turn around. We had to then SPEND MORE MONEY on expensive food at a stadium, which we were trying to avoid in the first place. We got soup as a secondary part of our meal, in place of chips. They said they would replace the entire order, which I do expect.. We wanted to eat our "MEAL" all at the same time, as that's how it's done, right? Two weeks later, we get our replacement order and the sandwiches by God, are soggy again! They also did not replace the soup. We would not have gotten soup had we not gotten sandwiches..I call again, didn't even mention the soup, advised sandwiches were soggy again, I would just like a refund. The manager, Victoria asked us for another chance, let them replace the food. I reluctantly said okay one more time and we discussed that they should put the pickle spears in a separate package or omit them, she advised me that this has been an ongoing problem with their store. So... Another week and a half two weeks later we get the second replacement meal. I called ahead of time and talk to them in detail about what the order consisted of... and the problem we had been having just to verify the order was still being replaced. We get all the way home to find the soup was not in the bag. I call immediately and speak with Tim Tibidow (sp), the General Manager and he is literally on sight and said he sent me away without my soup intentionally because it was not on the written order to be replaced. Why would he not come to the drive thru window and address this with me??? What kind of management is that!?!... So I called corporate and am still waiting on this to be corrected and it's three weeks later and still nothing... DO NOT USE THIS...
Read moreAll I wanted was a pick two, but instead was made to feel like my payment method wasn't good and I tried payment with two different credit cards. I went through the drive through and it was a mess from the beginning. At first I stated I wanted a salad, but changed that to a pick two; the attentenden heard me and was aware that I changed my order cuz she repeated my order back to me. I get to the window and sat for a while, then some guy opens the window and hands me my food and closes the window (I hadent even paid yet). Finally the girl that took my order came to the window and I told her that I hadn't paid and I ordered a pick two, not just a salad. She acted like she didnt know that. I gave her my credit card for payment. She told me that my card isn't working and that the machine is saying "Network Error". I told her that my card is fine and that it's their system, not my credit card. I told her to try it again. She said the same thing. I asked her to get her manager, that wasn't a good idea. He was a complete asshat. He was extremely loud and kept yelling that my card wasn't working. I told him that it's saying "Network Error" so therefore it was not my card and I had literally just used this credit card. I gave the girl another card to use. Yep, same problem. The manager kept yelling at me that it was my card and my card is not working. I was humiliated cuz people were hearing this, and I knew there were nothing wrong with my cards. I left. Went to Jack In The Box down the street, and guess what worked, the first time...yep, that's right, my card. I dont know if this comment is for this specific location, but incase not...this store is located in Oklahoma City, OK, off I-240 and Pennsylvania. The manager is Nigerian and has an extreme accent. Read moreI went to the 240 location the first thing I said when they ask if they could take my order was can you make me a turkey and bacon sandwich with nothing else on it no veggies no sauce nothing but meat? She replied yes. The I ordered a turkey avocado no tomatoes on jalapeños bread. Both sandwiches were wrong. The 1st had cheese and a sauce on it and the other had bacon and tomatoes on it. I was not originally upset mistakes happen. However when I went in the Lady named Linda presumably the manager grab the sandwiches from and slams them down on the counter and starts yelling at me saying she heard me on the ear phones and I said .... I was so caught of guard I just started shaking and kind of stood there while she's yelling at me what I supposedly said she tells me the avocado and turkey comes with bacon. I pointed to the sign and read the ingredients to her and said I don't see bacon on there. She then grabs the sandwiches up walks over to the trash and slams them in the trash can. She proceeds to the back and is slamming things around making the new sandwiches. She had me so speechless at 1st when she was yelling at me what I supposedly said that I couldn't think but as I stood there waiting I thought about what happened and that's when I realized she was just bold face lying. It was then I remembered the 1st thing I said was can you make a med turkey and bacon sandwich with nothing else on it no veggies no sauce nothing but turkey and bacon. I became angry at that point and confronted her and said mam you bold faced lied about what I supposedly said. I told her I would be calling the manager.
