Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This was the worst sonic experience I've ever had my sister already wrote a review about how we sat there 30 minutes waiting for an order I paid for thru the app and how I tried pushing the button yet no one answered so I tried calling the store by phone rang several times no answer you cld hear a girl laughing really loud but wldnt speak on the the intercom after 20 more minutes I pull around to drive thru where there was a young girl and a young boy they walked right past me and just looked at us and continued giggling and acted like I was not even in the drive thru and they were once again walking toward the trashcan just without having trash bags or anything to take to the trash we sit there awhile they go back in to store then come right back out and once again headed for the trash the girl following the boy around like a lil love sick puppy that is putting it I'm nice terms they went to walk right by us again and this is after several minutes if trying to talk to someone thru the drive thru finally my sister got out and asked them if they were the only ones working they said yes and she said well how many times are you gonna walk out of the store and ignore us and not answer the phones the speaker or the drive thru the girl got a very bad attitude but the guy working stepped up and was very nice and apologized the girl is making smart comments under her breath now I'll remind you I ordered this order over an hour ago I tell the guy we are there to pick up an order I placed on my phone on the app the guy gives me the food I explain we had 4 drinks I show him the app he has no ideas what drinks I read him the drinks off the receipt the app while he is being nice trying ti fix the situation the young girl is standing behind him not helping with drinks or the food order she is just still making comments and giving us dirty looks the entire time she seemed very annoyed that I wanted the order I had paid for and waited well over an hour for by now I don't think I've ever been so disrespected at a sonic or at any place before. Me and my sister had worked some hours to be able to treat the kids to a big sonic treat the food they gave to us was so cold and the cheese sticks were completely cold all the way thru the drinks were not what we had just showed to them on a receipt this was on the night of September 30 2021 ticket #550 so if you are thinking about a late night meal for you and the family do not come here unless you want to be treated like crap after waiting well over an hour for some ice cold food and the wrong drinks I put some pics of the receipt so yall know this is not a joke i.hipe know one else has to experience this same thing...

I have come to this location several time and most of the time I have had somewhat fair service. On Thursday 10/27/2016 it was the worst. Walked up placed my order for the wing special about 8:25pm, then my friend placed her order for two hotdogs and tots, and another couple came after and placed an order for two of the wing special and a chicken sandwich. My friend got her food in about 5 to 10 min. I waited 20 which was to long and called back in and was told that they where sausing them up but first said they take 7 min.! Waited and a car hoop came out with a tray and I asked if those were my wings and she said no, so it turned out to be the couple that ordered after my friend and ordered more than me. I was ready to leave and was just about to when the car hoop that had seen me, talked to me, came out to me and said "are you waiting on something" I wasn't any more! I have gone to this sonic about 3 times & have had problems every single time. Please don’t waste your time going to this sonic!

The first time they didn’t have what I ordered on the app which was a Red Bull slush. The carhop that came out was very nice & handled it well! I got that taken care of so I went back another time.

The second time I went I ordered a Large Cherry Coke & it took about 30 mins to get the order out.

This time I ordered a Large Cherry Limeade. I waited in the stall for 15 mins and then pressed the red button. After waiting no one answered so I walked up to the door & asked for a refund. The lady didn’t apologize or offer any explanation. Just handed me a receipt for my refund.

Overall my visit was 20 mins long and a waste of my time. Please don’t waste yours.

The only reason this review is getting 2 stars is because the carhops were nice...
