I was online, and saw they had two different free massages by students, and upper body and upper body level 2 30 minute massages so I booked them immediately! Cause yay free massage! I assumed it was a volunteer situation they work for tips. Well I was wrong, well I wasn’t wrong but the website was because when they followed up the day before my appointment they said it would be 30 dollars, (kind of weird they decided to mention the price if it said it on the website like it supposed to) anywho instead of owning the mistake on there part, they fought with me and made me feel dumb like I don’t understand how a business works and how could they just give out free massages? And idk? That’s just what their website SAID, and I even told several friends about the massages being free as well to bring them new customers. But the lady on the other end of the phone decided to cancel both my appointments without even asking me and was very cold and rude to me. So no I do not recommend this place I was treated unfairly and dismissed before i was even given a chance for resolve, instead of just saying oh I’m sorry that’s our bad the massages do cost and we’re so sorry for the mishap ect. I purchased the monthly membership and I’m so happy I did. Kim is phenomenal with targeted massage techniques to alleviate my tweaked neck and leg. Wish I could give a 0 star, I had planned a surprise couples massage for my wife for our 9 year anniversary. They called the day of the appointment and cancelled on me, said they had an emergency. So we rescheduled for the next weekend. They again called and changed the time on us so we drove all the way over to their studio and they texted saying they had another emergency.
