Sean is awful for a manager. I normally come to this Starbucks every single morning and I was treated absolutely horrible the lady taking orders wouldn’t respond then when she responded she said “what” I said uhm can I order? She said sure go ahead keep ordering I told her I didn’t like how her attitude was & then her manager gets on to tell me she was very busy I said I understand that, but that is no way to handle customers. I met, “Kate and Miguel”. When I say they were “FANTASTIC” in taking my order, and making my order. Believe me, they sure were!! They had “Great and Friendly” customer service!!! I've had to get out and go in from the drive through several times to have them redo my order and my husband's order. He gets a the same thing every time and they have yet to get it right.
