Starbucks — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Best Starbucks in the city! I have been to pretty much every Starbucks in the OKC metro area and this is by far the best.

I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in line both in the store and in the drive through and I frequent this Starbucks about 3 times a week. Most of the Starbucks in OKC have at least a 15 minute wait.

The staff are extremely friendly. I have never had a bad experience and every time I have been in all of the workers have asked how my day was going or tried to have an actual conversation.

The coffee. This is by far the best Starbucks based on the flavor of the drinks alone. The syrup to coffee ratio is perfect and I have never had a drink that was bitter or burnt.

The training is on point. I actually came an ordered a drink one of the first few days it was opened and a Starbucks trainer was there teaching everyone how to make drinks. He was friendly, patient, and understanding with everyone and I think it shows!

The layout and design is absolutely beautiful. If you haven't had a chance to stop inside, it is a great relaxing place to wait for your coffee for sure!

Trust me, a one star is big. If I could do zero. I would. As I went to the restroom I slipped and fell. There was one wet floor sign available. And it wasn't visible near the restrooms. I let them know they should move it closer to the rest rooms or do partial floor. All the lady said was "I'm sorry our signs are out" not where they needed to be. Then she said " want an incident report" and it was said VERY rudely. I'll never visit this location again. It was also on camera. So there isn't excuses. I have a photo of the floor where I fell as well..

I came in for a grande hot mocha. The cup was not even 3/4 full. I could understand if the whip cream was the difference but nope. If I'm paying almost $7.00, the cup should be full. If it wasn't for being close to the businesses on reno, they would have no business. And if you scroll thru the reviews, I'm not the only one with an issue at this location. You have definitely lost my business....don't bother with the owner reply link, I've already checked that out and it has no relevance....The 2 next reviews after mine are also 1 star reviews as well.
