Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Oklahoma

I don’t give poor reviews often, but I have had so many disappointing visits to this particular store. Tonight I placed our order in the drive thru (2 #13’s, burgers with Oreo shakes). The employee asked if we wanted small, medium, or large shakes. We said medium. Upon pulling up to the pickup window, we were asked to pull forward. (The only car to pull forward and wait out of 5 or six in front of us and 3 or 4 behind). We waited about five minutes and when they brought out the order, the shakes were “junior” size. The employee took everything back inside. An older female employee came back out a few minutes later showing us our receipt (which we were not given) and said, “ You didn’t pay for any upsizes, so if you’d like mediums it will be $2.44.” I said that’s disappointing because we ordered mediums and we’ve been waiting and no one else has. She then said, “yeah that’s because I ran out of meat.” (What!!?? We were the only ones to order “meat?” It was two burgers…at a burger joint!) she then restated that if I wanted mediums I would have to pay for them, which in general is fine, but it was just frustrating because it was their mistake, yet she approached it from the beginning like we did something wrong or were trying to get something for free, which we weren’t at all. It was just such poor customer service. Then to top it all off, our boys, who aren’t picky at all, took one drink of the shakes and both said there was something wrong with them and they tasted sour. They were half melted and curdled like cottage cheese and just not normal. I guess the silver lining at that point was that we didn’t pay...

If you’re looking for terrible customer service and horrible quality this is the braums to go to. I wish I could leave 0 stars honestly. We went through the drive thru and the lady taking our order was clearly annoyed. She was very short and made us feel like requesting minor modifications to our burgers was far out of her way. When we received our order the girl at the window was clearly put off by us requesting ketchup so much so she grabbed a huge handful and slammed it down into my hand so much so that I almost dropped all of it. She then shut the window so I drove off not realizing that she hadn’t given us our drinks yet. I then went inside to retrieve our drinks and when approaching the counter she says “you forgot your drinks” like.. what? She shoved them in my hands spilling one down my shirt.i was so frustrated at this point was just ready to leave. When we went through our order none of our burgers were correct and all tasted rubbery like they had been sitting in the window just waiting to be sold. Our drinks were watered down. Considering there was only a small amount of time between receiving our order and trying to eat our food this was very disappointing. This braums is newer and should be doing better but this has seriously been the worst experience I have ever had at a braums. Never again will I venture from the braums on 76th. I could have handled the bad food if it wasn’t for the unwillingness to help and all the horrible energy and bad customer service literally all the employees at this place had going on. Clueless. The employees here are clueless. I've never seen so many ridiculous things in my life. Went to get ice cream for the kids, we went inside to order and eat. The kid taking our order was so lost in the sauce, I felt bad for him. I was very patient and spoke clearly and slowly. Wanted 2 waffle cones and 2 single dips in a cup. I had to repeat myself about 6 times. The mint chocolate chip was almost gone (didn't even fill up one actual scoop) no one would get more out. I paid, we sat down and ate. A lady walked up to the counter at the same time as I went to get a water for my toddler. The other customer was asking if someone could check her out in the grocery section.. no one would answer her. I said, someone was there a few mins ago when we walked in but they had left the post. I watched her wait for someone to check her out for about 12 mins. I give her props because I would have set my stuff down on the counter and said forget it! Ever since they remodeled, they haven't been good. Must be really bad management! It was also filthy dirty. Every table was gross, and the benches where you're supposed to sit were just disgusting. I had to use my own baby wipes just to have a place for my small family of 4 could sit down. It didn't seem busy on the inside. Maybe 4 other customers in there besides us. It'll be awhile before we go back. If they're okay letting the dining area look as terrible as it did, I'd be really terrified to see what the...
