Burger King — Restaurant in Olive Branch

The drive thru service was horrible. I had to wait about a minute for someone to greet me on the speaker. I was starting to wonder was it broken. I pay the guy at the window and he ask me to pull up to wait. There were 2 vehicles already pulled up and no one was in line behind me. I asked him where should I pull being that someone was already pulled up. He said get behind the truck. By the time I pulled up behind the truck and put my car in park, he was at my window with my food. I asked him what was the purpose of me pulling up and he responded I didn't realize your food was done. Isn't it your job to look and see if my food is done before I have to pull up. I get home just to see that my bacon was on top of my bun instead of inside my bun and the burger was wrapped in the packaging incorrectly. The words were wrapped around my burger instead of on the outside. I visit frequently and never have received such awful service like...

I visited this location twice in one week. Went to the drive thru window at night and the lady was really rude while placing my order and continued even when I approached the window with a smart comments and then my food was cold. But silly me tried this location again 9:00am this morning. The greesy hash browns ordered with the caramel frappe coffee. When I approached the window it was evident the lady was already in a bad mood early. She took my money handed me my bag then sighed because she forgot my drink. She proceeded to stomp off to the machine came back handed it to me, noticing it had no whip cream or caramel on top I then asked her politely where is the whip cream and caramel? She then raised her voice "We Don't Have Any..We Out" then walked off. I'm not a confirmational person so I continued to drive off. I will never patronize this location on Hacks Cross/Olive...

Ordered two burgers in the drive thru with CHEESE and Ketchup only. There was no cheese on one burger and the second burger was completely dressed. After seeing two non Burger King employees inside I attempted to go in the lobby and get them corrected. Tue door was locked. I couldn't get any employees to look when I knocked. Finally one employee saw me and directed me to the dive thru. I drove back to the menu and speaker and explained what happened. The employee on the speaker said I had to just wait in the five car deep line for my correct burgers. I sat there for ten minutes with only one car in the line leaving. I was so disgusted that I just left. Apparently the lobby is not open...
