If management attitude isn't welcoming, it Does affects the Atmosphere!!
Ms. Rozalyn (Morning Mgr)-- I've NEVER seen this almost Elderly woman smile! SHE TRULY DOES NOT NEED THAT POSITION(MGMT)!!! She's ALWAYS RUDE W/NASTY ATTITUDE, AS IF SHE GETS OFF DAILY BY BEING LOWDOWN/MEAN!!
I NEVER SEE WOMEN ON HER EARLY MORNING SHIFT NEITHER-ONLY MEN!!
WHEN SHE TALKS TO THEM-HER TONE IS PLEASANT!!!! & I'M A FEMALE CUSTOMER...I've complained to corporate last year otp..& all this year when I make my mobile orders... And No CHANGES!!!
Providing excellent customer service is CERTAINLY, something that she Does Not Strive for!!!
I normally order off the app-to avoid her. And the last time I did, my order showed on my device- but didn't show on their computer. I do deliveries during the day.
Therefore, normally when I stop there I'm working.
She looked at my the app order, verified location was right, saw the order & that payment went through & the time.
That lady still, REFUSED TO FIX IT ANYWAY- even though it was OBVIOUSLY a technical issue & she saw I paid for it...And then she told me she couldnt refund it.
After being late for my delivery going back & for w/her for 20 min-My order popped up in there computer--then she had them to fix it!!!🤬
SHE JUST NEED TO BE REPLACED & I'M GONNA COMPLAIN TO EEO/WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, BECAUSE SHE MUST PREFER ONLY WORKING WITH MEN, CAUSE SHE CAN CONTROL THEM & SHE MUST HAVE PERSONAL INSECURITIES!!!
MGMT HASN'T REACHED OUT TO ME ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO! SHE HOLLERED AT ME FROM THE DOOR, IN THE MIDST OF OTHER PEOPLE/CUSTOMERS BEING THERE--THAT I CANNOT PUT ICE IN MY WENDY'S CUP- BECAUSE OF GERMS🤔
SO I ASKED, DON'T CUSTOMERS GET REFILLS...SO WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE???
I asked her if she wanted me to pay for it I would & she said with a Nasty Attitude & TONE-I'M JUST LETTING YOU KNOW YELLING FROM THE ENTRANCE DOOR TO THE WALL W/DRINKS!!! SHE TALKED TO ME LIKE I WAS A LITTLE KID, WITH NO RESPECT!!!
BASED OFF THESE EXPERIENCES W/HER, I UNDERSTAND HOW SOME CUSTOMERS CLICK MENTALLY- ON THESE EMPLOYEES... THEY NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING(every 3mos) DEALING W/the PUBLIC & mental therapy twice/year!

NOT THIS TIME, I live in Southaven and did not even know that this location existed until a few weeks ago, but now I drive out of my way to visit this location. I have avoided Birger King altogether being that the location in Southaven just has terrible service and food is ALWAYS just thrown together and not great at all. My wife and I are soooo happy that we have found a Burger King semi-close to where we live and can actually get a Whooper! I have not had a good Whooper in over 5 years until today, both times we have visited this location, once for breakfast and once for lunch in the past 3 weeks have been great. I am not sure that I am making myself clear, A BURGER KING WITH GOOD SERVICE AND FOOD THAT IS NOT THROWN IN THE BAG LIKE GARBAGE!!!!! SAY WHAT!!!!! THANK THE LORD!!!!! If the district manager for the Southaven Goodman Rd next to Krystals reads this, Please upgrade the staff at the Southaven location so we can have a good Burger King also. I have heard so many people say that they wish we had a Burger King here, there is no reason our location should be such a ghost town, you can look across the street to McDonald's or Steak Escape and see cars waiting in line for 20 mins while the Burger King just across the street literally has zero cars with no wait! That is how bad the service at the Southaven location is as well as the food. If you order a Whooper there, expect it to look as if a 3 year old threw it together with a stail bun whilted lettuce and tomato and cold burger patty IF it is even assembled in the wrapper. Oh, and do not even attempt to complain or try to get another one, you might as well slap a mull. You are liable to get into a physical fight with the ghetto staff employed at that location. To be honest, tear it down and move it 3 miles east to Getwell and Goodman, TOTALLY Restaff it AND make sure the staff says, HAVE A BLESSED DAY after handing out someone food! Then there would also be a Chick-fil-A type of line at that...

She absolutely does not have good customer service AT ALL!!!! 🙄 She publicly picks on the female workers, but praises the male workers. I dont understand how she still up there. She is not an example to follow. Somebody needs to manage this angry old woman, before karma does. I will never order anything from there again.
