Dirty Dave's Diner: A Retro Dreamland for Foodies and Fun! ️ Heads up, world! If you're craving a trip down memory lane with some seriously good eats, Dirty Dave's Diner is your new jam. Forget fancy plates and white tablecloths – this place is all about comfort, community, and food that'll make your taste buds do a happy dance.
Step inside and prepare to be transported: pinball machines ping ponging, vintage pics lining the walls, and local memorabilia telling stories of the neighborhood's past. It's like stepping into a time capsule filled with good vibes and friendly faces. And don't even get me started on the seating – booths, stools, checkered floors, whatever your jam, they've got you covered.
But let's be honest, we're all here for the grub, right? And boy, does Dirty Dave's deliver! Seriously, I can't even decide what to rave about first. The garlic bread is a crispy, garlicky masterpiece – trust me, you'll want to order a loaf (or two) just for yourself. But then there's the 3D pizza, oh my heavens, the 3D pizza! A whole pound of melty cheese, your choice of sauce, and three glorious toppings, all piled high on a perfectly crunchy crust. They warn you it takes 30 minutes, but believe me, every second is worth it. That cheese pull? Epic. The flavor explosion? Legendary.
And the best part? The prices are totally reasonable! You can fill your belly and your nostalgia bucket without breaking the bank. Plus, the staff is super friendly and always happy to chat (especially if you ask about the local history hidden in the décor).
So, if you're looking for a place with old-school charm, delicious food, and a dash of community spirit, Dirty Dave's Diner is your new go-to. Bring your friends, your family, your appetite, and get ready for a dining experience that's more than just a meal – it's an adventure!

Read moreI recently stopped in with my 11 year old daughter for a quick plate of spaghetti and meatballs at 1030 p.m. As soon as we walked in , we got eyes rolling from two employees and two customers at the counter who were having a glass of wine. I immediately asked if they were about to close, because we were feeling at that point as a nuisance. One employee said, no we are open until 11. I said, well can I get two plates of spaghetti please. They then replied, to go or here. I said here and got another eye roll from the two customers and one employee. I have to say, this really put a bad taste in my mouth. I am a local business owner and know this kind of treatment is not a good thing for business and i will definitely let friends and family know about what happened. I will never go to Dave's after 8 p.m., and possibly never again. Also when we sat down to eat, the one customer who was a woman began to ask the employees how old they were and what month was there birthdays and told them her info. Not to mention using the f word several times in her conversation. No one told her to shut up. My family has gone to Dave's for lunch, dinner, birthdays and special occasions for at least 30 years. I would suggest to the owners of Dave's to not post closing at 11 p.m., if possible customers are going to be treated like nuisances. And should post closing at 10 p.m. in diner , and open until 11 p.m. at drive in. Also suggest sending in a secret shopper at 1030 p.m., so he or she can see for themselves and report back to the owners of Dave's. Other then that , food was...
Read moreOMG! Fantastic! Don't let it's outside appearance fool you! There is great pizza, pasta and salads in there! Probably the rest of their food is great too but this is all I tried this time. Very first visit to Dirty Dave's and words can't describe how surprised and impressed I am. Right up front the gents behind the counter were welcoming, friendly and quite knowledgeable. I wish I had gotten their names as they were super helpful. The tall dark haired gentleman suggested the meatballs and he was so right. These are homemade with beef and pork I think. Very, very good. I got the spaghetti and meatballs and the red sauce was a very meaty sauce. Very suprising and Fantastic! I'm used to a thin almost tasteless marinara. ABSOLUTELY NOT the case here. There's was thick, meaty and quite flavorful! The side salad and garlic bread were equally as wonderful. I don't usually gush about a salad but this was remarkable! Multiple leaf types: iceberg, romaine, spinach, cabbage and shredded carrots. The mix was tasty even without any dressing. The ranch dressing is to die for. Garlic bread was really great as well! The pizza my husband ordered was amazing too. Crispy thinner side crust, great red sauce and fresh tasty topping. It was fantastic! Oh, all the team were friendly and helpful. Just the right number of check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Do not pass this place up! If you are anywhere near Olympia really worth your while to check it...
