Update..I forgot to update this in July..as of just thr owner reached out and let me order what ever I wanted off the menu for free and delivered for free so o feel like this made up for the account mix up and the person who had no idea or wouldn't transfer although he didnt get the phone message from the olympia office he got it from when I called to lacey. Now that everything is settled I give a 4 for service and food and a 2 for atmosphere because the staff should be trained better ...thank you for the food .it is always great to speak with you as the head boss .

Not only did they mess up both my accounts they gave my buyer rewards to someone else the manager had to get involved i told him I would call for the order he said I could get whatever I chose since it was messed up as long as it was a meal. I've called in twice and was told there's nothing noted on my account by him .when he him self had me o. The phone logging the message. I've asked for him a couple times and was told he's not there.i was going to order the meal plus pay for something on top of it but like im just pretty much done with the place the new gal that works there is the one who gives the attitude and refuses to help in any way and the one who messed up my accounts that's fine like I told the owner if I keep being disrespected when im constantly laying out 100 dollar orders 70 at the very least I can always go else where and that's what I did last week and it's what im doing tonight I wanted Asian food but that kinda service is disgusting .Hopefully he fixes that. But im not gonna bug him to.so pizza it is since im paying with cash. Used to be a great place now ya gotta...

Had a solo lunch at The Emperor’s Palace near the mall in Olympia. I hadn’t been there in years and was pleased to find it bright and clean. The fish tank that greets you in the lobby could use a good cleaning tho. They have some beautiful colorful fish in that tank but it looked kind of murky and boring. Poor, bored fish! I decided on one of their combo meals, asking to substitute the almond chicken for some teriyaki chicken instead. The waitress was very sweet and accommodating. I decided on the combo with General Tzo’s Chicken, fried rice, teriyaki chicken and a spring roll. I also ordered a half portion of the crab puffs as an appetizer. The crab puffs were hot and full of cheese. I couldn’t really taste the crab, tho. They were tasty, don’t get me wrong, but definitely lacking in the fake crab used in these appetizers. My food came out quickly after the crab puffs, hot and fresh. Overall, the meal was pleasant. Nothing outstanding in any of the dishes, tho. The General Tzo’s was extremely mild in spicing, which some people may like. I do like a bit more heat in my General Tzo’s. The teriyaki was tasty, as were the rice and the spring roll. A solid, filling lunch, with hints of mediocrity. Nothing special or outstanding. If you’re looking for a simple Chinese lunch, this delivered. If you want something that really wow’s your tastebuds, then you may want to try someplace else. The waitress and other staff were excellent. Nice, polite and very accommodating. 5 stars for service but 3.5 for the food. I gave an overall 4 star rating, mostly based on...

I want to love this location more than I should. However, the consistency of quality with regard to food is too sporadic. You may come here one day and have amazing "American styled Chinese food," and then the next visit have a very subpar panda express like experience that leaves you wondering... what the heck happened? Why did I just pay this much money for this type of food. That alone I'd enough to deter most customers away from this location. However..... when the food is done right and the orders are well put together and the portion sizes reflect the price you are paying, this place is capable of knocking it out of the park.

The overall location is mediocre, and it feels pretty worn and old. The menus are nice but could use a little updating. On more than one occasion, my self and my guests noted that the restaurant had a very strong natural gas smell that filled the restaurant. This is not something customers want to smell of feel comfortable with.

The wait staff is friendly and pretty good when the restaurant is running slower in the off hours of the afternoon. However, it has been clear on more than one occasion that the wait staff is overworked and overwhelmed during peak hours.

Again, I want to love this restaurant more than I should, and I am hoping they can find some consistency and maybe even a little more stability in their operation. They have so...

hi i ordered from here on uber eats, i ordered chicken chow mein (it seems like i received the wrong order because it looks nothing like any chow mein ive ever had). i also ordered their potstickers and i have never eaten something so bland and slimy (just a weird texture i hated and have never experienced while eating potstickers before) and after eating it i feel nauseous. i also ordered a egg flower soup that i didnt even want to eat after the first two issues. i ended up getting a refund for the chow mein from uber which was good. i hate leaving bad reviews but this honestly was just frustrating. the photo is of the order i got instead of the chow mein

The place is clean and quiet. Plenty of parking spaces outside. The service is quick. The waitress Lillian was professional and caring. She made sure everything was perfect. We got a sweet and sour chicken. Your classic Chinese dish. However, the food has no vegetables. We're used to having some peppers and other things in it. This one was just the chicken and the sauce on top of it. We were surprised by that. So one star less. It tasted good though and the portion was large. Please add veggies back to the sweet and sour chicken dish.
