Taco Bell is a well-known fast-food chain that serves Tex-Mex dishes such as tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. Customers can either dine-in or go through the drive-thru. Like most places you kind of have a certain expectation of the food.
However, one downside of this particular location is that around 20% of the time, the staff forgets to include a straw or hot sauce in the order in the drive thru, even when it was requested. It's unclear whether this is an oversight or intentional, so it's important to double-check the bag before leaving.
Update 1: A week has passed since my Taco Bell visit, and unfortunately, my experience remains unsatisfactory. However, I must admit that I find it somewhat amusing. I typically enjoy sampling new menu items, but on this occasion, it was not by choice. While I partially understand why the mix-up happened, it is still frustrating that the staff did not seem to care.
During my visit, the car in front of me did not pay, and both the cashier and manager were preoccupied with the situation and found it humorous. Although I did not order the meal, I decided to try some of the new items they had received. Upon arriving home, I discovered that everything they had ordered contained sour cream, which I am not particularly fond of. I suspect that they may have charged me for the sour cream upgrade on my credit card, but I will verify this.
Initially, I was inclined to give this Taco Bell location a low rating of two or three stars, and my opinion remains unchanged. However, I realize that mistakes are an inherent part of the Taco Bell experience - or at least at this location where the staff appears to be easily distracted. If you are not fond of errors, I suggest avoiding this location. However, if you enjoy the fun and unique menu offerings, give it a try. I must admit that although I still dislike sour cream, it was an...
Read moreordered online through app 15 mins prior to coming. came in and asked for order. waited another 20 minutes for the order. seen 10 cars go through drive through. I thought the app would be faster so I ordered prior while on a time crunch to get back to work app said ready at 456 i came at 505 left at 525.. when asked where it was at they scrambled to make it quick resulting in me getting undercooked rice and am now sick. undercooked rice has been a major issue with tbell, all of them. when not in a wierd messed up setting like waiting 35 minutes for a taco box......... I usually ask them make sure the rice is cooked bcuz of how many times ive had hard rice in my burritos undercooked.. the lady was nice upfront maybe too nice that the people didnt hear her the 2 times that she said I was waiting for my food. the drive thru was empty when pulling up, should have gone through it yes. but last time i did that they said they didnt have the order. to findout it was left on the lobby takeout tray while instead of checking the guy said sorry we just dont have it... in the end the box was missing my crunchwrap i told them and they asked for proof to show them. this resulted in a couple more minutes waiting and they gave the wrong crunchwrap.. the lady up front gave me coupons for free tacos without me asking bcuz even she is like what is going on... all I wanted was a smooth pickup from the app and got screwed out my lunch time and am now sick missing work throwing up hard undercooked...
Read moreIt’s hit or miss every time I go here. My order often gets made wrong. My last two orders were for delivery from thier app. The restaurant messed up my nachos bell grande and when I contacted customer service for a refund, they just sent me a $5 off coupon instead. Same issue with the previous order being made incorrectly but that time they actually gave me a refund. I will not be using thier app again since they don’t care enough to make my food correctly and to refund my money when it’s wrong. Also it takes them days for them to get back to you. It’s frustrating! A few months ago my Mexican pizza was delivered to me really screwed up, they forgot the shells & cheese. It was just beans and beef in a container. I was like wtf?! So I drove there & asked them to remake it & the employee went off on me saying she made it how the order said, I was wrong and she was right, then she started screaming and swearing at me when I told her no she made it wrong and showed her my receipt as proof.instead of just apologizing for her mistake & trying to make it right she acted horribly! Her rudeness and temper tantrum were a huge overreaction and shameful. She was ranting and raving while running around the kitchen causing a scene. Her manager was right there watching the whole incident and remade my food while apologizing for the other woman’s actions. I haven’t seen her working there since but I always use the drive thru. As a regular customer here I expected more from Taco Bell and...
