Just was helped by Kyla and Madissyn (I'm so glad I wrote that spelling down!) at the stand inside Safeway. They were both very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to everyone they were serving even though they were getting slammed when I was there. Great location so I can grab lunch at Safeway and a frappe at the same time! Thanks for the holiday cup!

The Barista had TERRIBLE customer service. I walk up to the counter and she just stares at me...NO GREETING, NO "hello"...NOTHING!!! Just a rude look like I was bothering her. I then just stared back, said "WOW!" and walked away. I personally think it's just rude AF to not say a damn thing when greeting a customer. I will never return to this Starbucks because it's ALWAYS something at the...

This location is a rip off. They constantly underfill hot drinks (cup is half full) even when you say "no whip, no foam, no room please." For almost $7 for a tall hot chocolate, this practice is maddening and offensive to customers. Also, their pastry display case is almost always empty, even if it's not even close to closing. Seems like this place just doesn't want...
