Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Omaha

Very Disappointed in tonight's visit haven't been in years and will never go back! Pulled into the drive thru and waited and waited said hello about 6 times and nothing so I pulled into the parking lot to go inside however the lobby was closed at 7pm. So as I was getting back in my car the car that was behind me at the drive thru started ordering so I was like wtf I just waited like 10 min and nothing so I took a video of the lady in the window to see if they would help me if I went back thru which they did. I got my order everything was fine they forgot the extra piece of fish but the manager got it taken care of However the issue occured when I was driving home and the employee that I took a picture of was chasing me down saddle Creek pulled up next to me and was screaming asking why I took pictures of her I thought it was a joke she then got in front of me slammed on her breaks and was trying to get me to pull over this was not only dangerous but very uncomfortable name on the receipt says Jolynn I will never return her. People are so unpredictable these days and it really shook me up I will be calling corporate as well. I'm a GM of a fast food restaurant and would never allowy employees to engage with this type of behavior...

ordered two of the $1.99 fish n' fries at the drive-in window of the 44th and Dodge/Saddlecreek location. Was told it would be a few minutes as they were cooking fresh French fries. When I did get my bag of food and I opened it up when I got home? The portions of fish were not in any kind of a container/wrapper/box (you get the picture). Two boats of French fries, one crispy and red hot (fresh) the other? Limp and cold. Here's the kicker. Nary a knapkin in the bag. two loose pieces of fish and two boats of French fries. These are not standing up in the kind of container you get fries in an McDonald's or Burger King. Laying on their sides loose in the bag. It was a mess and I sent a complaint e-mail to the CEO. They need to clean/filter/change their grease more often and maintain the temperature necessary to cook the food so it's not twice as heavy as the fish portion because of the grease content Granted, now that I'm getting older? I don't eat a whole lot of fried foods. But I know when it's done properly. I want to taste the flavor of the chicken and spices, not the burnt grease. I will not be going back to Long John Silver's anytime soon. Church fish fries are much better than this during Lent....

They got my husband's order wrong, I asked for extra shrimp cocktail sauce to go with my popcorn shrimp and I got none at all. I was supposed to be able to pick my side for the $6 popcorn shrimp meal and they just gave me fries which I can not eat. I wanted two extra hush puppies and they said all they had was a 6 piece, so I had to pay for that many, and the food was extra greasy. You could also hear the other employees cussing, joking around laughing, and being loud to the point where the kid in the window couldn't hear me. Very unprofessional and this is not the first time we have gone to this location and had our order messed up and the employees being rude. Plus the store is completely run down on the outside and the inside. Could use a...
