WOW!
Flexible. Fun. Phenomenal food.
My company reserved the entire restaurant for our holiday party in 2023. The owners who helped us, Jen and Jaclyn, were incredibly helpful in the planning and made my life extremely easy. All of the planning and communication went through them.
We were able to work very far in advance to settle food and drink options. There was also an undetermined amount of guests, which usually creates quite a hassle with venues. Not for this team. They were able to adjust the amount of food and drink WHILE THE PARTY WAS HAPPENIING, helping us stay within budget and feed all our guests. What a dream!
In terms of communication, I would receive reply emails well within a day and sometimes earlier. They helped me plan the food and drink menu with custom signature cocktails and desserts. They also ensured that our menu included something for everyone: vegetarian, gluten, dairy, etc.
The food: unreal. Every single thing they served was gone within minutes. Every attendee was raving about how amazing the food was. If you plan to have an event here (which I unequivocally recommend you do), I would seek the help of the owners, who know the menu and portion sizes best. The highlights from the attendees were the wings, mac and cheese, and butternut squash ravioli.
The venue has a surround sound speaker system, so we were able to make announcements very easily. The microphone was wireless so the MC was able to move around at will. While no announcements were being made, they played a perfect holiday soundtrack (and it was loud enough to aid the ambiance, but not so loud to distract conversations).
They were flexible with moving furniture as needed. They decorated the place so we didn't have to. The took care of all things food and drink.
I cannot say enough great things about this business and my experience with them. I am truly grateful. I have also been there a few times for a normal meal. Love the tots, the lemon pancakes, and the caramel and apple french toast. But my favorite is 'the morning dilemma' sandwich, though the 'get in my belly' is a close second.
Thank you Sips on 10th! Can't wait...

The decor is a perfect blend of chic and quirky—think elegant chandeliers with a side of electric artwork. The vibe is warm and welcoming, making it the ideal spot for anything from a romantic date to a raucous night out with friends. It's like the restaurant version, of your favorite outfit: comforting, stylish, and somehow always perfect for the occasion. Now, onto the drinks. Oh, the drinks! The mixologists here must have studied under Merlin himself because their concoctions are nothing short of magical. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic cocktail or one of their whimsical, house-special creations, you’re in for a treat. Their Sips Italian Soda? Pure bliss in a glass. And don’t even get me started on their Mimsosas—they’re so refreshing, you might just hear the faint sound of ocean waves while sipping. And the food? Let’s just say my taste buds send me thank-you notes every time I dine here. The menu is a smorgasbord of delectable delights, with each dish more mouthwatering than the last. From the perfectly crafted Sicilian Meatballs to the melt-in-your-mouth breakfast Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, every bite is a culinary adventure. I highly recommend the Caniglia’s Escargot—so good, you’ll wonder if they’ve been sprinkled with a bit of fairy dust. The staff? Absolute gems. Friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile (and sometimes a joke). They make you feel like part of the Sips on 10th family, which is why I keep coming back. So, if you’re in the mood for a dining experience that will leave you grinning from ear to ear, head to Sips on 10th. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you. And who knows, you might just see me there, raising a glass to yet another fabulous...

You get off the train in Omaha expecting boredom, maybe a sad coffee, or if you're lucky, a functioning bathroom. Instead, you stumble into Sips on 10th — part beer garden, part neighborhood fever dream, and the kind of place I would've lingered at “just for one” and ended up closing down if I was in town longer.
First off, beer. Cold. Cheap. Plentiful. None of that pretentious "notes of elderflower and disappointment" stuff either. Just good, honest beer you can pronounce and afford. Four of them later, I still had time to stretch my legs like a recently freed hostage and soak in the weird glory of the place.
There's a kickball field — or maybe a gladiator arena for the office leagues. I couldn’t tell. It was all very democratic and welcoming, like your drunk uncle’s backyard but with fewer arrests. The outdoor area is sprawling, almost suspiciously pleasant. Picnic tables, good tunes, dogs, laughter — the Midwest's best kept secret is that they actually know how to chill.
And the staff? Salt-of-the-earth types. No frills, no fake smiles. Just people who seem genuinely happy you’re not a jerk. A rare quality in the world and in bartending.
This place doesn’t try to be trendy. It doesn’t care if your IPA is cloudy or if the furniture matches your ironic flannel. It just is. A place to sit, breathe, drink, and remember that life’s best moments are usually the unscripted ones — like a surprise bar, a delayed train, and four beers deep before all...
