Soda Fountain — Restaurant in Omaha

I went here close to closing time and there was no shortage of open seating. Nice and quiet.

The worker claimed all their ice cream choices are homemade (a plus in my opinion). Only downside, aside from the limited flavor selection, was that the strawberry ice cream didn’t have strawberry chunks in it. That would only be possible for the shakes and possibly malts, but not the scoops.

Still, the strawberry was pretty refreshing. The barking pretzel was a fine balance of salty and sweet, a fair number of pretzel and peanut butter chunks mixed in. Both were creamy and sweet enough to not be overwhelming.

On top of that, each two scoop option was $3.50; a reasonable price eating out and for a decent amount of ice cream (in my opinion).
