I've had one of the worst pizzas ever here but I've also had the best pizza in my life. Just got two large pizzas. One was pepperoni thick, diced pepperoni and jalapeno with an alfredo sauce and the other pizza was thick cut pepperoni with bacon and Italian beef with the garlic parmesan sauce. I honestly don't think pizza could get any better than what I just had. It blew my mind and I appreciated every bite until it was gone. I ate too much pizza and could probably explode but would die satisfied and happy. Shout out to whoever made those pizzas. Thank you and I look forward to ordering again in the future. I saw a few reviews talking about how the ingredients don't go towards the edge of the crust, but that was a bonus for me because they 100% put a butter garlic drizzle on the crust. I'm a crust lover and that was some of the best pizza crust I've had in my life. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had in the 30 years. I've been alive. I'm going to be thinking about this pizza for a long time. Edit: 2/15/2025 Unfortunately, this place has struggled to meet my expectations the past 6 months. The quality and taste has declined. I look forward to a future where toppers makes a come back, I miss driving across town at 1:00 a.m. to pick up some of the best pizzas I've ever had. Until they improve, it's not worth the trip.

My boys and I ate at this location last night. This was our first time at Toppers Pizza. Before entering, we were skeptical that this was going to be a similar experience to a Little Ceasar's or some other low budget, low quality pizza. The friendly cashier welcomed us and showed us the specials. We decided to get 2 Medium 3 Toppings for only $15 total. Choosing our toppings was difficult because they have a large selection of veggies and meats. Let's get to the nitty gritty... We only waited 10 minutes for our pizzas. My veggie was on hand tossed crust. I can assure you the hand tossed crust is an accurate description. It had a doughy yet crunchy crust. I ordered jalapenos, green olives, and spinach for my toppings. They were generous with our toppings. I had plenty of jalapenos to bite into! The spinach was cooked, so heads up if you order spinach. The cheese was nothing impressive. However, I did enjoy the marinara sauce. This was certainly one of the most solid pizzas I've had in this price range (~$7 per pie/~$1 per slice). The pizza itself is a 4/5. Customer service was friendly, food was served fast and hot, so the entire experience is a 5/5 for me. Thanks for staying open late Toppers.

Worst pizza ever. My first pizza experience after flying into Omaha today. I was tired, my toddler was tired, both of us were hungry, and without transportation. It was late and I had few options for pizza delivery, especially for pizza places that offered a gluten free crust. So I decided to give Toppers a shot (they were rated higher on the food delivery app, not sure why). If I wasn’t starving I wouldn’t have eaten any of it. What is their gluten free crust made from? A tortilla? It’s the thinnest crust I’ve ever seen. And it was hard. Like eating cardboard. If you’re not going to source a decent gluten free pizza crust, why even bother offering one? Just take it off the menu if you’re going to put zero effort into it. This is the best you can do? I can get much a better gluten free pizza from the Costco freezer aisle. Shoot, I’d rather have a Totino’s pizza than a Toppers pizza, if I could eat gluten. The pizza also had very little sauce, and the sauce was a little tangy, not a lot of depth of flavor. 100% unsatisfying. It would be been more satisfying to light 28 dollar bills on fire. If I could give zero stars I would.

I went at 12am to pick up a pizza I had ordered online. The store was packed and no one was getting their orders. I approached, told them I was picking up and the cashier told me it would be at least 40minuts before it could possibly be ready because three people had quit that evening. There were four people behind the counter and a delivery guy at the counter packing up his order. I said that it wasn't a problem, I would go ahead and return in 40minutes. I checked in again when I returned to the shop and my order was not ready. I sat and waited in the seating area this time and watched new people arrive and leave with their orders before those that had been waiting. Finally, a few of the orders started to come up, each customer was given a free pizzas or appetizers and offered an apology. As the people slowly cleared out I was asked seven different times what my name and order was. In total, I waited two and a half hours! I finally got my pizza and headed home to discover, they forgot the meat! I was not given or offered a free pizza or appetizer and no one said sorry for the wait to me. I was the last person in the restaurant and never lost my cool. I have ordered here before, but the pizza has been very inconsistent. Sometimes there is no toppings, they have dropped most vegetables from their ingredients list, and it might be warm or cold, but never hot. After this last order, I will order from somewhere else next time. I most likely wouldn't have left such a bad review if I had been treated to the same free pizza with an apology as the rest of the people in my shoes. Or even a refund if nothing else, my time was worth more than the cost...

Great food, definitely eat here, but do not order pizza over the phone from these guys. Your call goes to a call center in India and they have no idea what's going on. They tell you the restaurant is out of ingredients they're not out of and you cannot ask questions because the agents are following a call center script and can't answer unless it is written in the script. They'll get confused and start the script over. I called multiple times. Same results. Pressed the wrong button and went to the new order line and the guy didn't understand what previous order meant. Called back and chose the right option and got the same guy who knew what previous order meant this time. WTF?! 🤷‍♀️ If you select option 5 it goes to the restaurant. Only select option 5. Their online ordering system is great. Works beautifully. The people there are amazing and super nice. Their food is so amazing, I ordered the pickle pizza so many times that they made it a permanent menu item. It was a temporary item. If they got enough sales they would make it permanent. One night I went in to pick up yet another pickle pizza and the guy behind the counter told me that solely because of how many I ordered they made it a permanent menu item and they were so impressed they brought it up in a company meeting when they announced it was a permanent menu item. Calling them on the phone unless you press option five it's like beating yourself in the face with a brick. Every single other experience with this restaurant has been absolutely amazing. I'm actually waiting on one of their pizzas to be delivered now and I'm...

Toppers Pizza is a grade above most chain pizza places. However, the quality of the pizza doesn't rationalize the prices. $16-17 for medium specialty Pizzas are ridiculous. Two medium pizzas and two drinks can run you easily over $35. Additionally, the recipe for their garlic cheese bread sticks is hilarious. There's so much garlic on them that you'd be better off just eating straight up cloves and calling it a day. The messed up part is I'm only slightly exaggerating. It wasn't a fluke either, every time I've had them they've come with ridiculous amounts of garlic on them. I've also been denied delivery service before by them, despite the fact that I lived only 3 miles from their location, had already placed my order through their website and had my address approved, and gotten pizza delivered twice beforehand. A quick browse through some of the other reviews reveals that others have had similar experiences, indicating that there are employees at Toppers who pick and choose when they feel like delivering pizzas. I've also had an experience where I came into Toppers and the storefront was completely empty despite it being open. I could have robbed the place if I felt like it. With prices and service like this it's no wonder that the only recurring customers at Toppers are drunk college kids who come in at midnight. I'd legitimately recommend Little Caesars...
