If I could give a -5star rating I would. I tried to return a used headset my son had bought at this location from Liz and as soon as I said âreturnâ she said âwell your kids refused to buy the warrantyâ and laughed at my face. I read the receipt to her where it said I was still within my 7 day return policy and she got aggressive and said she was calling the police on me if I didnât leave. I said I wasnât doing anything, and wanted to return and she stopped talking to me and called the cops. She also lied to the police, but itâs ok I have a recording, I never even raised my voice or was in that store before. The first time I was ever there I never entered the store, only my sons who brought her damaged items. Second time I was there I actually went inside the store to return and was kicked out within less than 5 minutes. I believe she buys damaged items from her friends and sells them like that knowingly and then refuses to take them back when people realize they donât work. On a good note, the guys at the Bellevue store told me I was right and well within my time to return and I didnât need a warranty. This Liz is going to get your store shut down. She must be stealing.    Read moreI'm very disappointed with my experience at GameStop. I went in and bought a used Nintendo Wii, and it spontaneously broke after three months. I did not do anything unusual with the system, it sat next to the television as any console would. After it broke, I contacted GameStop to see what my options were, and I was essentially sent out the door with a copy of their return policy.
I've learned subsequently that this Wii is quite old, and that Wii systems are prone to failing on their own. Just the same, I find it hard to believe that GameStop can do nothing to "make it right" for the customer.
Every time I go into this store I have to wait in line for five or ten minutes, and as soon as I get to the register the associate tries to up sell me on something, from magazine subscriptions to pre-orders, even if they're not relevant to my purchase at the time.
My child is not very happy his Wii no longer works, and I am not happy GameStop will do absolutely nothing for me.
I'll be shopping at the Gamers next door from now on. The store is not as nice, but their prices are better, they have a better selection, and more staff on hand.

I had to go in this store a few different times this month, last few times though Iâve been having issues with most, if not all of the employees here. From being forced to get a warrantee to them almost forcing a sign up from my friend even though they barely shop here. She was using my pro account. There is this female that works there too, I think her name is Stephany or maybe itâs Selena. Either way, she doesnât seem to know what she is doing. She was quite rude a few times to some of the customers when I was in there. Ignore the ones that didnât want or have memberships.
