Submitted an online order. Arrived about 15-20 minutes later. Food wasn't ready yet but they were quite busy so no big deal. Waited a bit longer, got the order, headed home. Upon arriving at home and getting settled, noticed the Penne Rosa was correct but the Roasted Garlic Cream Tortelloni w/ Steak wasn't correct according to the modifications.
Headed back to the restaurant. Notified the cashier of the issue to which she condescendingly asked if I wanted it remade and then mockingly yelled the order to the kitchen staff before handing them the receipt.
During the wait, noticed the women working the front snickering, motioning at me, and all around making me uncomfortable. Overheard them saying they'd offer me a rice krispy to "make me feel better."
Received the order after about 10 minutes. Refused the treat (felt belittling), took my food, went home. ...Upon getting home, learned that the steak was missing...
Went back for a third time. The cashier, who I now learned was the manager (and was one of the women snickering at me while my order was remade), remembered me. I asked for a refund, to which she has processed since.
Not sure I'd go back. The customer service was lousy and having to go back so many times really ruined my evening. Have no confidence that my food will ever be...

Came a bit early and was directly told it was going to be ready soon and they would “let me know.” I was totally okay with that so I sat down and waited. A whole family and a few others came into the store after I had sat down. After about 10-15 minutes they all received their food before mine. Each person was notified and handed their food by an employee. At this point I shouldn’t have been as patient as I was but I assumed there was a reason for the delay as I was in plain sight of all the employees and they all took occasional looks at me. After almost 25 minutes they asked me if I was there for an interview?? I told them I was still waiting for my order. The employee looks around and and for my name. After looking around She then took a bag from behind the counter and hands it to me. Went in and ordered two mac and cheeses with one being a small with extra cheese sauce (charged for). After waiting for about 15 minutes (they were pretty busy so no issues there) we got our food and left.
Got to the car and double checked what we had received and the small mac clearly didn't have any extra sauce. We go to noodles often and have a well used reward account so we have a decent idea.
Easy fix right? Wrong.
The Manager decides to make a huge deal over the fact that they 100% gave us extra sauce and that if we want any more we would have to pay for it (which we already did) The price? $1.27. They decided to lose a very active customer over $1.27.
I want to be clear that the issue here is 100% the manager. I was too angry over the way they spoke to my partner to catch a name, but be careful if there is a female manager working that has a look like she wants to punch you out for making her...
