Horrible service with smart A.. worker. We ordered 2 subs to be delivered. We waited about an hour then called to see when will get subs to which they said will be delivered shortly. No subs yet almost another hour later. we called back and got put on hold for a couple minutes I called back again and they wouldn’t answer. My wife then called with her phone- the guy answered and must have ID she asked to talk to manager and guy refused. She asked again and he said manager was busy. She said maybe she would stop in to see manager and guy on phone said “then you can pick up your subs they are right here”. She asked to get a refund at this point because we paid ahead of time (mistake!). I sent an email to Corporate with the response that it is owned by a franchise owner and they would forward my complaint and they-probably would reach out to me. Read moreOrdered my food online, and they constantly come to our office to deliver. The time stamp stated 11:15 to 11:30 am. I called at 11:45 wondering where my food was. The person who answered knew my order wasn't delivered because he said the manager knew about this. He handed the phone right over. The manager, Zach, directly said I am not sure what happened to your order it was sent 15 minutes ago. If you knew this, why did you not try to contact me or at least try to get the food out ASAP. Why did you have to wait for me to call you. It is not my fault you guys got busy. I ordered my food before your store even opened. There is no excuse. You could have at least comp me for the food to actually show you cared. I have been in customer service for many years, and how your manager handled it was not cool. Read moreNever can get my sandwiches right...I can say it loud enough for everyone to hear and they will repeat back and still will get it wrong. Every single time I can order without onions there's always some in it...like surprise there's one on the last bite or throughout the sandwhich 🤮 not to mention it flares up my acid reflux, I order pickles I get none. Parking sucks there too. I ask for my guts they always throw them away....it could be seconds later that ib told the cashier and the sandwich maker, still gets thrown away, like they despise me or something. I usually order $40-$75 at a time and tip, which why should I even tip anymore before I've eaten? 🤷♀️. Update...got a sandwich remade out of how many ive ordered and never complained...it reeks of onions...smh. I normally love Jimmy John's and perfer them over other restaurants but this now tops the cake makes me not want to go to this...
