Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Ontario

Dear Einstein Bros. Bagels – Ontario Team,

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a mobile order I placed this morning (approx. $152) for my office’s 8:30 AM meeting. The order included:

2 dozen bagels ½ dozen sandwiches A jug of coffee Specialty cold coffee Juice 2 avocado toasts And other items clearly intended for a group Unfortunately, the order was missing several key essentials:

No schmears included No coffee cups, napkins, stirring sticks, sugar, or cream Poor presentation—especially the avocado toast, which had barely any spread and looked hastily made I had to send someone back to pick up the missing schmears, and even then, cups and plain schmear (which is typically standard) were still not provided.

I understand mornings can be busy, but for a large prepaid order, quality and completeness should be a priority. If fulfilling the order properly wasn’t possible, I would’ve preferred to be notified in advance.

This experience was frustrating—especially because we were excited to have a nearby Einstein location for our team. I’ve ordered from here before (though never this large), and I expected better service and attention to detail.

I hope someone from the Ontario management team will reach out directly to follow up. A generic response won’t address the impact this had on our meeting and team...

It was my first time visiting Einstein Bros Bagels near Ontario Mills, and it definitely won me over! I ordered the sausage and egg bagel sandwich with a dragon fruit lemonade both were fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the space had a nice, relaxed vibe. Perfect for a quick bite before shopping or starting the day.

The breakfast bagel sandwiches definitely were good the bagels they offer and make made they sandwiche taste so much better. The brisket sandwiches was good but dont recommend its a bit dry the brisket especially if they microwaved it for too long. The other sandwich i believe was the farm sandwich definitely good. Id come back to try others. The muffin was good idk if it was made same day though.
