I don't get starbucks very often anymore but drink coffee daily. I used to drink 4 shots of espresso daily for years but just recently switched back to a full French press of coffee everyday. I ran out of oatmilk at home and had a long day of driving ahead of me. I came through yesterday at 1:18pm and hadn't had a coffee yet for the day, super behind and still literally yawning. I ordered a venti espresso with an add shot. That she missed and when I realized, I figured 2 shots will be enough after it was handed to me maybe 3, I didn't remember. They charged me for a grande, which I didn't even catch because I don't know the prices that well from not being a regular anymore. I ordered a warmed up cookie for my daughter and 2 waters. I had to reiterate the 2 waters because I originally asked for one grande and one as big as she could do. She didn't catch that second part or ignores it and just had one on the screen so before I pulled forward I said I just need 2 waters total ( I remember this location being weird about giving out waters bigger than a grande when I was a regular) So she added another one. Well, I get my venti espresso that I thought was made right just entered wrong size wise, Ben made me feel like they were doing me a favor just charging for the grande but if it was made correctly, the error was there's. Although I wouldn't have minded paying the dollar difference if he had requested that. So I added a 2 dollar tip to my 8 dollar receipt. Well, I go to drink my coffee, and it isn't espresso. It turns out it isn't even caffinated. I started drinking it and realize it was basically oatmilk, way to much syrup and a hint of coffee flavor. Espressos take me a few hours to finish normally and this was mostly gone in maybe 10 minutes becaaue ive taken like 5 drinks. As I'm drinking it, I realize there is way to much ice in here for there to have been at a minimum 2 hot shots of espresso to be poured over it. I normally flute the shaken espressos because they are never actually shaken and it taste horrible like syrup and oatmilk. Anyway I'm wondering if I'm tripping so if it is coffee or espresso I'll start feeling it. Well 45 minutes into my drive I'm still yawning have to waste more money getting a correct drink and now I just have to pee. My new correct drink from a different location just confirmed that I was given the wrong drink here, it lasted me a few hours and the side effects were correct . I've heard stories about employee's giving customers decaf but this was crazy. I was supposed to get espresso, not decaf coffee. There is no comparison. We had a fine interaction while ordering, there was one person in front of me as I pulled up, so the only thing I can think of is that they were trying to keep the line down at the cost of my safety because I was depending on the espresso to wake me up for the long day of driving I had. This left me mad and...

I have been a Starbucks customer for nearly a decade and have visited countless stores across the country. What I experienced at this location was by far the worst treatment I’ve ever seen, and it was completely unacceptable.
The drive-thru employee, Cindi, was openly rude and dismissive. She didn’t greet us, barely muttered the total, refused to make eye contact, and acted as though we were interrupting her. She shoved our drinks at us with visible hostility, to the point where even my 8-year-old daughter asked why we were being treated so badly.
When I asked her why she was being rude, her response was, “Oh, I didn’t notice that and started acting dumb.” That excuse is insulting. To make matters worse, another coworker who she was joking with inside crowded behind her and joined in with hostile looks and faces. This behavior was not only unprofessional, it was intimidating and disgraceful.
I'm getting my dash cam recording and will be reporting this to highest level at the corporate.
Employees like Cindi tarnish the Starbucks name and drive loyal customers away. Her behavior demonstrated a complete lack of respect, accountability, and basic customer service skills.
Starbucks is a respected global brand, and allowing someone like this to represent the company is unacceptable.
Cindi should not be at the window serving customers .. She’d be better suited to cleaning floors and toilets so that she doesn't have to deal...
Read moreHorrible Service through drive thru! Unfortunate bc the barista makes my coffee perfectly and it's close to my job I frequent this location. Most locations have friendly drive thru employees but not this one! I spend approximately $40 to $50 a week. Is it too much to ask for good customer service??? Today's service was completely unacceptable. I asked KAILA to check the appearance of the hard boiled eggs (protein box) since my last visit the eggs look mutilated by the person that peeled them. (Not sure why starbucks would even accept the product from the vendor in the condition or even think its ok to give to a customer!) When I asked KAILA to look at the box she was giving me... her response verbatim "I would eat it" .... are you kidding me?! Meanwhile she is handing me 3 cups without even offering a cup holder. I had to ask for one while she didn't bother to make eye contact with me,so I wasn't sure if she heard me. She handed me another protein box (that was much better) but not even a smile/thank you or anything! The manager needs to do something about this! Train your employees to know your clientele...
