My brother and I decided to go for our birthdays. Arriving to the facility, I notified the front desk that I have asthma to make sure that it was okay for me to participate (Iâve done many adventurous activities and I know to check prior to participating). I also asked, if I wasn't able to do my second "jumpâ, would I be able to give it my brother. They said yes. The instructor came and got us after we checked in. He helped us with our locker and gear. He took us to the room to watch the video and then to the tunnel. We were with another family of 5 and then a group of 3 or 4- these individuals seemed to be friends of the staff. The instructional video mentioned a couple of health conditions that would hinder you from participating. They never mentioned asthma, or any kind of breathing; so, I was confident that I should be okay. Another thing that I noticed was that we seemed like number to the staff. Not one person asked my brother and I if we there for a special occasion ...no one asked the family with younger kids if it was someone's birthday (and I could tell that was). What made it more noticeable to me was that they were so friendly to the other group. So the time came to jump. As soon as I got into the tunnel, I knew that the air condition in the tunnel was not suitable for me. It comes from underneath and it was sharp, strong and thick. I couldn't breath for a good 10-15 seconds and I began to panic. The instructor inside was trying to help me, but I just want to leave. Finally my turn was over. I got out of the tunnel took off my mask. My chest was burning. I was wheezing and all I could do at that point was clutch my chest. The tunnel is very loud because of the air pressure and it is also locked. I wanted my inhaler that was in the locker, but because the tunnel was loud and locked, I just sat down. The other family went and then the small group (there was a special instructor with them that seem to work for ifly as well). Now if you saw one of your customers or clients taking their helmet off and clutching their chest, you would think someone would have said something. It was almost my time to jump again, but I knew I couldnât do it. When the instructor came out to get me for my second jump, I told him to give it my brother. Still not staff member checked to see if I was okay. I noticed that the people in the group that seemed to be friends with the staffâŚwere let out of the tunnel, while the family of 5 and my brother and I were still in there. I really needed my inhaler; so, I signaled to the lady doing the controls outside of the tunnel to open the door. She gave me a stern finger that meant, âwaitâ. I had to wait for the instructors to finish their little show, before being able to grab my inhaler. When handing our items back to our instructor I explained to him about my asthma and he picks up a full-face mask and shows it to me stating that I should have used that one instead (that full face mask would have helped entirely). I honestly didnât know what to say to him because the full-face mask were never given to us as an option and also, why was that not recommended? At this point, Iâm having so much chest pains that I want to cry, but we purchased the videos and pictures and we were told to get them off of the kiosk. After 10 minutes of trying to get the videos, I realized that we could retrieve them at homeâŚso once again the communication and lack of care from the staff prevailed. Iâm not sure if it was even the staffâs fault or the lack of training. The staff members should have had more personality. We spent $180.00 for a combined total of 4 minutes of flights. We should have at least gotten a...

Read moreExtreme physical risk, there is a case of someone being in a coma for years due to a broken neck! All the employees are not paid liveable wages and get treated really poorly. They get used in positions that will be promised to them but never fulfilled then discarded so easily like you haven't put 10 years of your life into it. While one of the owners I believe Mickey left a question on a team safety quiz of what his next ferrari color should be. This is another corporation that is tone deaf and doesn't actually care if their employees can pay to live in the city it is located in. Most of the employees have to rent a room or share living spaces together because they don't pay a living wage (including the General Manager position) and even then you need a cosigner because 2 full incomes from this place of employment won't qualify you anywhere near the location. They prey on people who want free flight (it is an expensive and adrenaline filled sport) time as a perk but no alternative. They also don't actually give you any of your uniforms, once you are not working there anymore, you have to leave your custom suit. It is a very bizarre situation and most people don't know to tip or won't because the initial cost is so expensive the average customer probably assumes their getting paid more than they are, considering the risk you wouldn't expect them to be getting paid less than an...
