I didn’t leave this place a good review the last time I came and I was extremely hesitant on visiting this time around. I decided to go with some friends to Drag show Thursdays. Again, the experience was just ok, I had a great time but they charged an entertainment fee which wasn’t mentioned on their website. They only had 1 bartender before the 900pm show that wasn’t very good at multitasking. The queens were fun and great but here’s another problem; I totally blame myself for this because I always check my receipt. Someone in my party asked for an extra patty and guac on the side. I couldn’t fully see the receipt (peep the pic) but we only got the extra patty and was charged $15. I wasn’t going to make this a big deal since it was a couple days after when I put on the same jacket and looked at the receipt, again it was my fault. Also, I knew we had plans to visit again the following Thursday for the Broadway drag show. I called ahead of time to ask what the requirements are, I was first told it would be a $10 entertainment charge and when I said my friends attended last week and they were charged $5, did the price go up? She said oh I’m sorry that’s for the weekends. It should also be noted that a 2-item minimum should be on their website. The young lady on the phone didn’t even mention this to me. I don’t use Facebook (thankfully by bff does), I know they post on there but it didn’t mention that. Instead, it was posted on a paper at the front. Although, we got good seats, I noticed a 12 top behind me and no one from the party had arrived. It was a bit past 9 and I wondered why it was taking so long to get started, I look at the entrance and here comes the 12 top, most with X’s in hand (meaning under the drinking age) what did they order; 1 appetizer to share a couple drinks, water all around. So, no they did not meet the 2-item minimum. Listen, I don’t mind abiding by the 2-item minimum but if this restaurant is not going to be transparent to all their customers, then why support them?

My group and I were excited to come in last night and have a fun birthday dinner but we were heavily disappointed. We were met with nothing but hostility from the waitress/hostess who was clearly annoyed that she had to do her job. We asked about drink specials as we thought there would be a happy hour, her response? “If you’re looking for cheap you ain’t gonna find it here, just letting you know we’re expensive.” Wow super unprofessional and rude for no reason! Also found it hilarious that she said that as if it were a 5 star dining experience and not a glorified red robins with a liquor license. We were fully prepared to spend our money and even attend the drag show but we could not stomach that waitress’s nasty attitude. We decided to leave without ordering anything and go across the street to El Torito where the service was 100 times better. I also wanted to add that the place was EMPTY when we were there and even during the drag show we drove by again and saw like three cars parked which is crazy considering it was Cinco de Mayo. Maybe if they did something about their staff’s behavior their business wouldn’t be suffering! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I really love their lettuce wraps, the chicken is usually really tasty. I always order it to go at lunch...the first time I had to go back because the lettuce was so nasty, it was black and soggy, and the box was falling apart from all the water in it. They replaced it, were super nice and refunded me. I went back again, received a different kind of lettuce that was ok but the chicken had the sauce on the side and was not nearly enough. I went back for a third time today and was greeted by the lady who helped me the first time. She was really nice and said she even checked the lettuce for me. I came back to work and guess what!??? It was half an order of chicken and the "lettuce" is black and nasty. It also looks like a got cabbage, not lettuce. I thought she checked it!!!!!!!!!!!!!What's wrong with your guys' produce? Why is it not consistent every time I go?? I work in a big office and you guys literally lost the whole office as customers after everyone saw the nasty "lettuce" AGAIN. 10 bucks for 3 spoon fulls of chicken? I don't think so.
