This has to be one of the most ghetto Mcdonald's i've ever been to in my entire life. I came in Saturday, about 1245pm March 1st, 2025. All of the outside trash recepicals were completely full and overflowing. The inside trashes were exactly the same. There was food all over the dining room floor. Most of the tables were dirty and filthy. Ketchup dispenser empty, spills and garbage all over the fountain area where u get drinks. I asked the person working the front register, if someone could please wipe a table off for me. She said "no". Are you kidding me? That's how you treat a customer? I don't know if she was a shift leader or a manager, or just a regular worker but she needs to be fired. I cannot believe how disgusting the inside of dining room was. Whoever is managing that place needs to fire some people. I'm not sure if this is a corporate Mcdonald's or a privately owned one, but I really hope I will get to talk to somebody about this situation and you're made aware of how disgusting your store was. And how one of your employees treated a paying customer. Food was great though. Just to put a little context on this. The drive through was steady and the dining room was empty.Besides me. No excuse. Someone should have been cleaning that dining room and changing the garbage as well.Before...
Read moreHaving worked at 7 fast food franchise myself over half my lifetime, they are lacking and wasting in quite a few important ways.
I stood at the front counter and waited what could have been upwards of 5-8 minutes, just to get the drinks we purchased at the touch screen. Many of the workers had thir backs to the front, I counted at least 6 workers and possibly the area manager which made 7. None greeted me. Experience has taught me In the food service industry, customers will be much more forgiving if firat you spot them and warmly greet them. You can tell them, 'I will be with you in a moment.' Or get straight to them. I know at max 3 people to run drive through. I have in the past during rush hours done perfectly fine with 3. So half the staff needed their attention on the front. The location needed better lobby care, they had the people. If you got time to twiddle your thumbs, you got time to be doing other things. I KNOW COVID burnt a lot of quality workers out, but with all the now hiring signs, they should have been given ample time by now to have recoupEd some energy.
The food timing was also not by the book, and I worked at a McDonald's, I know there is a book. They need to up their game at this location, and they already have the...
Read moreFirst off I walk in and there was an employee who's shirt was lifted up showing half of her back... not professional. Then I see that the girl at the register didn't even have her air up it was across her neck in front of her. That is disgusting, all of the workers with long hair should have to put their hair up high enough to not get into any food at all. Then we go and sit at a table, all of the tables around us were disgusting. And the seats were filthy. So a while after we have been there, a guy comes out to clean the tables. His hat was on his head like he was a gangster or something, his shirt half tucked in half untucked, and to be honest looked stupid the way he was dressed. Also while I was there. A lperson walked in, went behind the counter hugged one of the workers and they both cried then that person left, so all of the employees grouped up and was talking and comforting the crying employee. Every time I come here I have horrible service and the people are unprofessional! At my work nothing like this would be tolerated. Every employee should have a belt, their shirt tucked in, their hair pulled all the way up, and their hat on properly. Oh also to be more professional for...
