Stayed for a convention. Arrived with several bags and ice chest. Not only do they not have Bell service but NO bell carts. This convention was geared towards women over 50 and with a lot of dressing changes. I was told I could go look for a Bell cart. I waited about 15 minutes only to watch one of the employees pull a cart from behind the screen and give it to a group of ladies. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and very preoccupied. There was another large event taking place who rented the parking lot. I was told there was additional parking down the street to the right. There was a shuttle service to bring me back. When I got to my room my card key wouldn't work. Now, I have just struggled through the lobby and up the elevator with a very large heavy suit case, ice chest, overnight bag and 3 other bags not including my purse. Luckily someone walking by told me to keep trying the card and eventually it will work. Later that night both my cards finally failed completely. 2 card keys and the problem continued the entire trip. Another gal down the hall was counting the "tries" and gave up at 17 attempts. One day there were 2 of the three elevators functioning for a short time then only one. By check out time the only functioning elevator was the service elevator. It was so full, people were getting on riding it up then back down. Leaving no room for those waiting to get on. The elevator was so over filled with people it made me extremely nervous, but what the heck I was pushed into a corner sitting on top of someone else’s luggage. The night before check out I had realized I didn't even know where my vehicle was parked and there was no way I was going out early in the morning to look for it. Certainly there was no way I could take my luggage down the street behind the building and search for my car. I asked the front desk if they would be providing the van service to the parking lot and was told no. The shuttle was needed to provide those departing the airport. There are even more details of my stay and the treatment of myself as well as my group of ladies. I have given this place the...

Totally unreliable and rude. We arrived early Saturday morning do to delayed flight. Couldn't get car rental to get us to our hotel in Cathedral City. Couldn't get an Uber - not allowed at airport, Lyft app wouldn't work and batteries in phones were going dead. Made a reservation with hotels.com for the Ontario Airport Hotel not thinking ( late, frustrated and tired) it was after 12:30 am. When we called to get the shuttle we were rudely informed that our reservation wasn't until Saturday night so the shuttle wouldn't be coming to get us. They did not refund the money even though they new we already had a reservation from Saturday to Tuesday booked. Long story short got the real California experience of spending the night wandering the streets like a homeless person trying to find a motel till we could get a rental car at 6 am. When finally got to check in we were rudely told they don't take "green dot cards" for the $100 deposit. So after wandering the streets all night and hanging out in the rental car all day we had to go to an ATM to put money on our US Bank account. We have used the Walmart green dot card all over the US and never had a problem. I used that same green dot card to pay for the reservations through hotels.com. Was also informed by the hotel they had a reliable taxi to get me to the airport on Tuesday morning at 4 am. They were to schedule it. Was informed by night clerk that he called left a message not his problem they weren't answering. He could have cared less if I had to walk to the airport. Had schedule a last minute Lyft ride which caused me to be rushed at a...

I read a lot of mixed reviews, but at least in my case my room on the 4th floor near the elevator was updated, spacious, clean, nice bedding and quiet. My bathroom was recently renovated with a new elongated toilet, granite countertop, tasteful contemporary wall paper, warm white lighting and wall sconces, new cast iron, porcelain finished combination bathtub and shower (and the toilet had adequate space around it--because one review said it almost touched the bathtub).||The lobby was spacious and reasonably updated (since the building itself was likely from the late 70's or early 80's. There was plenty of free parking and nighttime parking lot security (but they do encourage guests not to leave any visible, exposed items in their car to discourage theft). Checkout time was a generous 12pm. I did not try the restaurant, but it appeared to offer a breakfast buffet for $16 which seemed nicer than free continental breakfast and reasonably priced. My only slight disappointment was that their coffee bar was not open in the morning so I had to drive 2 short blocks to a wonderful coffee place named Klatch Coffee with good coffee and freshly baked pastries (better than premade ones at Starbucks or Coffee Bean).||My front desk person named Arianna was excellent, efficient and accomodating.||FYI--I am thrifty and booked my room blindly by location and star rating on Hotwire then later on Trip Advisor read some questionable reviews, but I was very satisfied and only paid $100 including all fees and taxes...

Daddy, Mommy and baby girl (6yrs) we stayed in room 138 first floor by the pool. Perfect time of the year. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. The shower at the pool has warm water option, thank goodness. The Breakfast buffet was delicious $12 a person. They also have a coffee shop that serves Peets Coffee, also delicious for us coffee lovers. I didn't get to visit the Bar but it was inviting. Shuttle service drop off and pick up to near by businesses. That was super awesome. And, I recommend 5Star Pizza for nearby pizza delivery. They are fast and friendly and so so so good. Floor staff could use some training on smiling to customers and customer mindfulness. Front desk can use lots of training also on mastering excellent customer services skills. They didn't smile to me on any of my encounters with them. I had to initiate conversation and direct their attention to me and then I got a smile. I probably could of stood by the desk and not even be noticed. A smile goes a long way. The only person that was attentive and had a friendly attitude was Carlos our waiter during breakfast. Aside from the dull staff, we made it a great stay. God is happiness and happiness is always with us.

The room was clean, we had the king size bed room with a TV, refrigerator, safe, hairdryer, some toiletries (I recommend bringing your own as it is of low quality and quantity but I'm sure you can request additional) dual sinks on in the main area next to restroom and the other in the restroom. The area is more of a business district, various office buildings and the nearby Citizens Arena. This location is right off the freeway for quick access to go to LA or Palm Springs, each about 45 min to an hour drive, of course depending on the day of the week it may be a little longer due to traffic. A bar is located in the lobby offering various tap beers, liquor and some food options, such as chips and salsa or chorizo topped flatbread. All in all a decent hotel for the price. I will add, BYOT, Bring Your Own Towel 😜, the towels are very rough on the skin and small in size. Handicap parking and wheelchair access throughout the hotel. They do not offer breakfast as part of the stay but you can order from the restaurant. Did not try but maybe next time.

COMFORTABLE and CALM. I love how tranquil the hotel atmosphere was at this hotel, I never heard people yelling or running around in the middle of the night. I felt safe! The hotel was has a very nice lobby and I love that the have a restaurant, snack booth, and a pretty sweet patio out back. The staff was okay and minded their own business, overall professional. The rooms are slightly dated and need an update. The doors don’t close on their own when you leave your room, their isn’t that mechanism unfortunately so you have to be mindful and close your door all the way. The elevators are awful, soooo slow and I feel like I had to wait a long time just to get to the first floor from the fourth floor despite their being three elevators. One huge disappointment for me is that this hotel doesn’t offer a mini fridge in the room, it was very inconvenient. Despite the hardships, I was satisfied with my stay and would stay here again as it’s close to the Toyota Arena and Ontario Mills!
