⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Well should be a 1 star but I can't do it to Rain Forest. I just can't. Kids need this place. I swear to Christ this is real and it happened.... We were there 2 hours before closing for my sons birthday, he's 10. We also brought our 2 year old. It was 6pm. We stood at the hostess stand for 15 minutes before anyone came up to seat us. There were only 7 other families in the whole place. It was slow and quiet. We finally get seated and it takes another 15 minutes for a drink and appetizer order. Coke, Lemonade, Water with Lemon, Chips and Guac and Salsa. Drinks come right away but no lemon for my water. Takes our order... Nothing crazy, 2 pasta dishes and chicken fajitas. Still no lemon for my water. We are her only table. Everyone else but 1 other table has food. Only 2 tables need food. We are the last 2 and there are about 10 to 15 employees. They close at 8pm we got there at 6pm.... track this with me. Sat at 615, Drinks 630, Chips and Guac... 7pm! Still no lemon for my water... Out of chips at 715 and she said she would bring more right away..... Oh I'm so sorry let me get you lemon for your water and get you all refills. Got refills. No lemon.... I'm not kidding. She's not old, high... she was mid to late 20's. I DON'T KNOW WHERE SHE WAS GOING OUT WHAT SHE WAS DOING!!!! WE WERE HER ONLY TABLE!!!! 745pm Food shows up and the chips! No lemon. She has to go get my fajitas though, it's a second trip. She brings it out WITH LEMONS!!! Asked if we needed anything else, I asked for more cheese for my fajitas, she said no problem, absolutely! Yeah... cheese went where the lemons go.... 745 the food was dropped off... she does not come back till 830!!!! How is everything? Oh! Your cheese! I thought someone brought that to you already?! I'm so sorry! WHAT?!!?! YOU!!! You were the one to bring it! You are the only one to bring it!!! Ahhhrg! She then asked if we wanted dessert... my wife stated it's my sons birthday! She stated... Happy Birthday!!! Took off mid sentence came back with 2 bowls of ice cream and a candle and all the employees within 60 seconds to sing happy birthday. Sang happy birthday and abruptly left, all of them for 15 more minutes. My son ate his birthday ice cream with his SPAGHETTI FORK because she did not bring spoons!!!!! Well, she did at 845 unprompted just ran by with 4 spoons and said there you go! As if 10 seconds had gone by. I said, here's my credit card! Oh! You don't want to see the check first? She said all confused. No, it's ok... I just need to leave this nightmare. It is now after 9pm! By the time I paid, signed, left a tip, yes, she was doing something.... hopefully battling evil and keeping us safe. That's what I'm going with. She literally wrestled Satan back into the gates on inferno to keep my family safe and she go 18% for that. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON!!!!! THE WORST WEIRDEST SERVICE OF MY...
Read moreThis just happened to be next to Dave N Busters at Ontario Mills Mall and it was my kids birthday. So we were looking for some thing in the area and decided to check it out. The decorations were so very cool. There was an alligator outside moving in his mouth was opening and closing and they were monkeys and birds hanging. There’s a gift shop as soon as you walk inside of the restaurant to get in line to be seated. There is also a bar to the left-hand side. The only disappointing part about the decor was that the fish aquarium had absolutely no fish just bubbles and water in a tank. The only real issue that I had with service was that when we were initially sad, we were taken all the way to the back of the restaurant in the right hand corner next to where the servers come out. Obviously we chose the place for the ambience so we preferred to sit in the middle of it. I informed the hostess that we were not happy with our seating arrangement, and she took care of it for us, moving us to the center of the room. About every 30 minutes or so. A thunderstorm would happen and lights would flash and all of the animatronics would start making noises and move around. It was actually pretty exciting. We got the awesome platter of adventure. Everything was good except the southwest rolls were a little spicy so for someone who does not like a little kick I would not suggest it. I ordered the rainbow colada with the take home glass which was good but I feel it could’ve had a bit more alcohol. My kid got the bird collectible which was about a kids size drink. Honestly I was expecting for the quality of the food to be similar to red lobster for some reason, but I would say that this is a grade above that. I got the Rasta pasta and it was exceptionally good. My kid got the fish and chips, and he stated that that was good as well. One of my other kids got a grilled cheese and they said it wasn’t the greatest. my other child got spaghetti and it was decent. We also got the steak and shrimp. We ordered it medium but it’s such a low grade of steak that it seems only medium rare or well done would be realistic options. We just didn’t eat it because it came out bloody. They sang happy birthday to my kid and gave him a free cupcake. I will say it’s a little pricey, but for the ambience and a special...

Why did the elephant bring a suitcase to the Rainforest Cafe?
Because he wanted to pack his trunk and have a wild time dining in the jungle.
