Tam's Burgers — Restaurant in Ontario

TLDR: Satisfied with the food; I will return to this location.

There is another location in Rancho Cucamonga, but this one is closer to I-10. There is a lot of street construction, so access is a slight issue, but don't let that stop you. There's a signal to control entry to the shopping center that Tam's Burger is located.

Food: Their menu is pretty straightforward, but I highly recommend you ask what comes with your food. For example, they put beans and rice in most of the burritos, so if you don't want one or both of those, be sure to ask.

We had the chile verde burrito (no rice) and it is massive. Two hungry people can share or 3 with standard appetites. The pork chuncks are huge and the chili sauce is both tasty and spicy. We love it. Be warned, sometimes it can be very spicy.

I had the burger (no cheese) and I liked it. Grilled with plenty of lettuce, tomato, and raw onions on a toasted bun.

Unfortunately, I asked for extra pickles and they didn't do it. Only 3 inside. Honestly, this is not hard and failure is a pet peeve for me.

I ordered fries well done (the only way to get proper crispy fries) and this they got right.

Poor request fulfillment also happened to us at the Rancho Cucamonga location. I believe it's an issue with the cooks because they always repeat my order back in the drive-thru. Then the bagger doesn't double-check that the order is correct. Very frustrating.

Food was ok chicken strips in Burger box got small and we're over cooked and somewhere in over cooked territory, also the up charge to get chili fries which is just a scoop of chili m and some cheese was over $3.50 seems high alsost half the price of the actual meal. Burger was good ,sadly asked for grilled onions and usually are chopped and cooked and put on. I got rings of onions that were somewhat warm not grilled and one bite in Burger and u pull all onions out at once. Messy and sloppy way to do grilled onions. Overall spent $50 + and it was feeling sub par from past...

This place was very clean the waitresses were very nice, cashier was very nice as well the cook came to see if the food was great which it was. Their dishes were beautifully presented. The cook made a Mickey Mouse pancake for my mother-in-law Extra fruit on plate. I will definitely be coming back they made us feel very comfortable. Food was delicious portions where very generous. They came to serve us more coffee I felt like we were at a high end restaurant but this was more affordable. I Absolutely Love...
