It’s sad that I take time out of my day to post about this BK, this has to be one of the worst stores I have ever encountered. For months now the service here is horrible. It’s like a mile from my house so I frequent it often but will drive five miles out of my way to the other BK. I could go on for pages on the experiences I have had but this last one was it for me. I will never go back. Waited in line forever like usual then get to window which my food sitting there while he takes another order then instead of checking my out leaves me and my food sitting in window getting cold while he goes and starts making drinks for cars behind me, all the while a girl stands there and stares at me with her phone in hand. Then she stops him from making those drinks to show him something on her phone. While they both laugh and giggle my food and drink is still sitting in window two feet from me. Then when I think he’s about to come back and check me out he looks a screen above window and proceeds to make some special mix drinks, all the while the other girl plays on her phone. So I finally drive off. Store has been like this for months now and not getting better. I will tell all my friends and family not to go there. I will make it my mission in life to make sure that my friends and family will not have to experience this pitiful store. Hope this helps owner and management and customers to be aware...

When placing my order I ordered cheese on my burger and 2 extra sauces that I fully expected to pay. When I reached the second window I was given my order without cheese. I advised of my incorrect order, Kyle closed the window and a second person came and advised me that my order was without cheese and simple closed the window. Then the manager came to the window and gave me my order, that was incorrect. I ask, do I have my 2 extra sauces, with a reply of yes! I looked in the bag no sauce. I sat at the window until Kyle came back and said what do you want. I said that the sauce was not in the bag and may I have two he closed the window. Went to the manager again about dipping sauce then returned advising me I would only get 1. If you want two then you have to pay .27 He then advised me that I had an attitude. I gave him the .30 got my sauce then advised me to move along without giving me my change. He was rude and out of line..... My simple question is where has the "Have it your way gone"? I took my order home and will never go back. This is no way to treat a customer over Cheese and Sauce. Chick-fil-a, will get my business...
Read moreTerrible customer service. I placed my order & moved down the counter to wait. The lady giving out the orders called out my number. I checked my bag, and instead of 3 8 piece chickens and 1 cheese sticks order, I had 4 8 pieces. Was also missing my 5 drinks. I stood there over 5 minutes before she would acknowledge me. When she finally did, she looked at me like I was annoying her and I said I was still waiting on 6 items. She said, “HOW you missin’ SIX items MA’AM?!” I told her my 5 drinks and cheese sticks were missing. She said, “Yo cheese sticks are in a bag MA’AM. I put em in there. In a bag like the nuggets MA’AM.” Like I was lying. So I had to pull out all 4 bags to prove I wasn’t lying. She looked in each one (no gloves) didn’t tell me sorry for speaking that way, THREW AWAY one of the bags of chicken (my kids would’ve eaten the extra instead of wasting them like that) and then walked off to get the rest of the stuff.
