I had misplaced my phone at this location the night before. When I went to check my find my iPhone app the night that it was missed, I could see it was still at this location. The next day I decided to take off work to deal with this issue. Though the night before I provided the host and night manager with my contact information, I was never contacted and decided to go to the site since I knew that my phone was there due to the find my iPhone app. When I arrived, I went to the hostess and explained to her that my phone was left here and was asking if they had it. The host went to check and stated that the phone was not there. I stated that it was odd she said that because my find my iPhone app clearly states that it is here. The host shrugged and said she didn't know what to tell me other than to look around for it. Flustered by this I did. I walked around the whole location for 30 minutes and could not find anything. I went back to the host stand with my laptop in hand and find my iPhone app out and requested for a manager. When the manager arrived, I could hear my alarm going off and I could clearly see the phone in the managers hand claiming that the phone was in another location of the other phones (which I found odd). I told the manager how rude it was that a guest has to take this long to get their phone when it was clear that they had it. The manager Louis was rude stating "well we didn't lose your phone did we?” when its apparent that me being upset was not because of that reason but because of the fact that Louis, as a manager, and the hostess did not seem to care about the lost property of their guests. Especially with having the phone on-hand, this kind of behavior seems almost like borderline theft. Not only that but the fact that a guest spent 45minutes looking for a phone that the manager had on-hand is more than unprofessional. If I wasn't so assertive, I am probably not even sure that I would have ever gotten my phone back and a phone nowadays is almost as personal as your identification. So I would say when misplacing your items at this place, be prepared to deal with hosts and managers that don’t care, and would rather hold onto your phone than give it back to you. Also the almost balding, beer-bellied manager Louis needs to get fired since he clearly does not know how to handle guest issues. The only way I’d ever return is if this manager provided the sincerest of apologies as his behavior was distasteful and is not the way to treat guests that are spending money at their...

The reservation was easy to make online through their website. We showed up a few minutes early and the table wasn't ready but it only took a few minutes then we were sat. The waitress was nice but our table could have used a lot more attention. Once the drinks came. it was a long time before she came back to check on us and in the meantime some of my party ended going to the bar themselves because there was no service around. For the drinks, the water tasted like straight bathroom sink water. I ended up sharing a soda with my husband because the water was awful. Another ordered water with lemon and was served lemonade. The Dr. Pepper had bubbles and color but no flavor and finally, the second round of rum and coke had no rum in it! We had to take it back to the bar for it to be remade. Then for the food, the table had a mix of entrees, sides, appetizers and burgers. I was actually shocked at how bad the food was. None of it was hot/fresh. The fried food like wings and pickles were completely soggy. The portions were very small compared to the prices. And nobody walked away saying their meal was good. Once we ate dinner, we moved to the arcade area. One of my guests is a senior with a walking cane and there are flooring tears/ holes all over the arcade so we had to be very careful. The game system works pretty good with the pre paid cards. The games were all operating fine. But there was no seating for parents or people who weren't playing. We ended up sitting on a little brick wall for about an hour while the kids played. I don't know if we were able to stay at our dinner table but nobody was around to ask. On top of people having fun and the noises the games make, there was also super loud music being played so it was a bit overwhelming to try to have a conversation. The restrooms were in the middle of the dining and arcade areas and there were a good amount of stalls but they definitely needed some attention. The trash was overflowing and the floors were gross. There was a good portion of the place under construction so maybe it will be better soon but for us, we will not be back. I spent about 200 in game cards and about 200 on food and drinks. For that price point, i was expecting to have a much better experience. I am disappointed looking back because i feel like it was a major waste of money when money is already super tight. Hopefully they get things...
Read more2nd time having a company party here and the first was awesome which is why I decided to revisit this location. This time it was not so great. The food was good, such tasty dishes and atmosphere was great, plenty of space set up and seating. Manager on staff was extremely busy there being a fight and all but he was great as well, he made sure to check in a couple of times. The staff was lackluster and made the experience soo bad we will not be returning.
There were two bartenders on staff that night that were extremely rude they shorted several of guest and gave attitude when asked for the remainder of the cash. Of course the bartender was tipped but to assume you are to keep the remainder of the change or to short several people is a hospitality/ customer service no no. All of the party members were over the age of 21 and he refused to allow some guest to buy for others, even after the bartender was shown the other peoples ID. He told the people buying the drinks 'they can not give someone else their drink.' What? I have never heard of this.
The 2 staffed servers were ok. They were available for when we needed them but never went out of there way, just stood around until called. Towards the end it would of been nice if they told us 'hey time is almost up please be sure to pack up some food if you like' but no instead what we got was a siren blast shouting to get out. Now I dont know if that was directed at us or just everyone but the siren blast is extremely unnecessary they have security to push people out. The first year we had our event here there was no siren blast to vacate the building.
The money for the event and mandatory tip to the servers on top of the alcohol purchased, people setting up parties showed be treated with a bit more care. A visit from a manager at the end possibly so I could of voiced my concerns then and there that would of been nice. I did receive a survey for the event a couple of days later but by that time I had already submitted one and asked to be reached with these same concerns and I no word from anyone. I wont be planning another event here or come back neither will the 30 guest who were bull horned out of here.
Side not. if you dont use your playing cards that night you loose it even though you paid for it. That is something I was aware of but it seems insane! To not allow people to save their playing cards that were paid for. Bad...
