I recently visited Zito’s Pizza on North Tustin for my roommate’s son’s birthday party, and it was a fairly standard experience — nothing particularly bad, but nothing that really stood out either. The pizza was okay. The crust leaned a bit too doughy for my taste, and while the sauce had a mild tang, it lacked the bold flavor that makes a slice memorable. Cheese and toppings were fine — fresh enough, but the whole thing felt a bit generic. It filled the plate, but not much more than that. What Zito’s does offer is space. The place is clearly set up to accommodate large groups, especially families and kids' sports teams. There were several tables pushed together for our group, and we saw a couple of other parties happening at the same time. It’s loud, casual, and very kid-friendly — not a quiet dinner spot, but great if you’re hosting a crowd. The atmosphere is simple and clean with a no-frills, neighborhood pizza joint feel. Staff were polite and got the food out quickly, which helped with all the kids running around. Overall, Zito’s on North Tustin is a solid option for team parties, birthdays, or any casual group event. Just don’t come expecting gourmet pizza — it’s more about convenience and space than standout flavor.

I recently tried Zito's Pizza and was blown away by their Barbecue Chicken pizza! What really stood out to me was the amazing cheese pull - it was so satisfying to watch and made every bite even more enjoyable. While the price may seem a bit steep at around forty dollars for a medium pizza, small salad, and drink, I must say that the quality of the food and the overall experience is well worth it. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend Zito's Pizza to anyone looking for a top-notch pizza experience with high-quality ingredients and excellent service.

Called ahead to order, was put on hold, got to the circle and drove around looking for parking still on hold. Parked ended up ordering from pizzeria Irene since they decided to not pick up and take my order waited for my order to be complete at pizzeria Irene and they couldn't complete my order by the time Irene had mine ready. Embarrassing the level of service shown

Honestly, I've been coming to Tito's for a very long time. I'm a regular. I always order three large seas pizza special and honestly today I felt so disrespected and embarrassed because the tall Caucasian male Wich probably was the manager was completely rude, screaming and shouting and being so unprofessional and embarrassing me in front of the customers and my kids and my family I found that to be very disrespectful and before I used to come and they wouldn't charge me for ranch because the prior manager or employee told me I get one free ranch per pizza box and now they want to charge me $1.00 which I don't mind paying, but I feel as the manager or shift lead that he was he should've came to the register and she should've told me nicely instead of shouting and embarrassing me in front of everybody the cashier Justin was completely rude as well. He was finishing my order and he decides to answer a call. I don't know what's going on, but something needs to be changed here. HE YELLED I WILL FIRE SOMEONE ON THE SPOT FOR GIVING AWAY RANCH. Jake how unprofessional can you be? Really firing someone for ranch and this isn’t the first time we’ve gotten free ranch. We don’t mind paying for...

Been coming here for a while, was a big supporter of Zito’s until last night when

Two slices of pizza (one cheese one pep) got rung up for $17

It was $4 for a cheese slice not two weeks ago and now this?

$17 for two slices of pizza is a joke and a rip off. Whoever made the decision to change this on management side absolutely fumbled. This is a college town establishment, and you’re selling pizza not caviar.

I understand times have changed and restaurants have razor thin margins but truly there had to be enough margin at $4/slice for a plain cheese. Nearly doubling the price is absurd. A double double at in n out is $5.89

On top of that, a medium pizza half cheese half zito’s special came out to $31? The regular zito’s special (which had more toppings) was $25 how does that make any sense. Y’all charging me to remove...
