Adelina's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Oregon City

Today was my first time to try Adelina's. I generally liked it although there were a few small problems. I had the Tamale, two Street Tacos, Guac and Chips, and a Tostado with beans and avocado. All the food was delicious. I especially liked the Crema and white cheese on the Tamale.. The server was friendly enough. Corner 14 is a victim of it's own success. I had to park 2 1/2 blocks away. Because it was so crowded, i had to wait 25 minutes for my food. Not necessarily the fault of Adelina's although one more employee would have made all the difference in the world. Still, the food was excellent and deserving...

I ordered 1 esquite and it took a long time to receive it. We ordered plates of food from 2 others trucks and got my food before the esquite, even from a truck that notoriously takes a long time. I understand that I placed my order before other orders, apparently big orders, but it took you 1 minute to make my order. FYI $6 for a cup of esquite is ridiculous. I make better esquite at home and yours was a disappointment. I’m sure you are all wonderful people, but I will not be ordering...

Burrito used store bought tortillas which just didn't have any flavor, refried beans from the can, chicken tinga very over cooked, tamales had very little filling and were nearly almost all masa.

The esquites, if you would call it that, were made of frozen corn in a cup covered in mayonaise and sprinkled with cheese.

We ended up returning the corn and forced ourselves to eat the other food.

Incredibly disssapointing. I've eaten Mexican food my entire life ...
