PEROSHKI & PELMINI PARADISE
I had only tried breakfast at the Newberg location, but really liked it and knew I had to try supper when I visited the OC food carts on 14th.
Definitely buddy up if you get the Russian Sampler, as it’s a HUGE amount of delicious food for $25. You get two peroshkis, some pelminis, and two yummy salads. Pick from the first 4 peroshkis on the menu and either beef or potato Pelmini.
I will only get the #2 Peroshki next time, as it is amazing. Beef Pelmini were fab and I ate every bit of my salads (except the swamp melons).

Read moreI absolutely love this place. Their pirozhki’s are massive. Definitely a meal you can split with another person or split for 2 meals. I’ve only had the Shepard’s pie and it’s a solid go to. I cannot rave enough about the potato pelmeni’s. Those little mash potato dumplings are to die for.
My other personal favorite is their thin mint mocha with oat milk. They use a frosted mint syrup that gives a more sweet minty chocolate flavor, that I can never find anywhere else.
