Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Oregon

I worked at Marcos on star and wheeling for about 2 months making pizzas. I loved the job at first because I was learning all types of new things but later on in the month I started to hear a few things that normally wouldn’t be in a work type atmosphere. The general manager (Jessica) would constantly yell at people and at times it was necessary and sometimes it was not. Later on I realized what they were talking about and at first I could handle it but after her constantly yelling at the smallest things I decided to put my two weeks in. Other than that I really enjoyed the other managers (Shawn & Tiffany) but the work environment when Jessica was there was too overwhelming. I’ve thought of contacting corporate since it is a corporate run store and informing them about her and her actions but there was no sense in doing that. I talked to one of her bosses about it and he said that it only happens when they aren’t there to help out or to watch the store. I decided to just comment on this and make sure people knew what they were getting into before they apply here. Again I loved working at Marcos on star and wheeling it’s just that the general manager(Jess) was too toxic and there was nothing I could do about it other than quit. All of the other employees at Marcos are all very nice and welcoming people and working there was a blast. I done have my run ends with Marcos tonight was a different experience my order was a little screwed up but what I didn't remember was my best manager that I like was there work and I went off on her and she went back not off on me but more or less doing her job as a manager but to make a long story short I really appreciate her being around when the night crew screw up the food because she make sure that the customer get their food fixed right I went in acting a fool and she was ready to give my money back because I was acting a fool and she spoke to me and said you know I have always make sure even after your food is not correctly I fix it and I respect her for that and I thank her a big shout out to the night manager thank you I appreciate you for making my food for me personally yourself 🙏 nitro learn from her and that's why she's...

This Marco’s absolutely killed it.

I ordered 15 medium pizzas ahead of time for a get together with a bunch of buddies of mine, 35 guys. I asked for the pies to be ready at 6:30 PM. I pulled into the parking lot at 6:26. They were clearly slammed, but the staff were courteous and welcoming, especially the cashier who was quick with a joke and the woman who handed me the pizzas who was quick to give me plates and napkins, which I had forgotten to ask for. I left at 6:32. It really could not have gone better. And I haven’t even mentioned how perfectly delicious the pizza was. We devoured every slice in about 15 minutes. It wasn’t just because we were hungry. I mean, seriously the pizza was perfect.
