They were supposed to be open up at 11 AM. They did not open till 12. When I asked for a four pack, I was told they won't be ready for 30 minutes. I said well why not just make a four pack out of the individual ones that you have? I was told those are for customers. I said what the heck am I. I was then told I can buy four of them and pay for them individually. He said it's only four dollars more. I said, I don't think so.
Horrible customer service. Who tells someone who is a customer that those are for customers? Rude people, that's who.
They have lost my business. Someone should teach these rude individuals a thing or two about customer service.

Read moreThe day before Christmas I went to get Cinnabon for Christmas morning. There was a long line. I got to the front eventually and was told that the line was for online orders only. They were basically out of Cinnabons unless you already had ordered online.
I am guessing that they didn't plan to be as busy as they were, but it would have saved me time if they had a sign or told people to pass the message back.
The workers themselves were obviously working as hard and as fast as they could to fulfill all the orders they already had. I can't fault them. I can only imagine how many rude customers they had to do with that day so I hope they made it...

It was $25.99. The 4 pack and minis were dry, hard and dark. The employee was was not happy when I told her I wanted a 4 count box and ran a box to me from the back of the store.
