Read moreI’ve never had Jersey Mike’s before and tbh idk if I ever will anymore. I was really thrown off yesterday when I found myself and my coworker (after having being up since 3:30am and working till 1pm) sitting at the tables outside of Jersey Mikes taking a minute to relax and eating snacks. Well, my coworker and I decided to get drinks from Crave Cookie (shoutout to their AMAZING workers for being so genuine and kind hearted!) and when we exited Crave, we didn’t realize we sat in the “Jersey Mike’s only” seating… 🙄 (mind you, that sign that says “Jersey Mike’s Customers Only” was behind my seat, about the size of my hand. If you want people to notice something like that? You should label your tables and chairs 🤷🏻♀️) Anyways, my friend and I sat there from roughly 1:30pm, until about 3:15pm, until the manager or some higher up from Jersey Mikes very rudely came up to us mid conversation and said “are you ladies costumers of Jersey Mikes?” As we proceeded to shake our heads no, and he went on to say “well then you can’t sit here, you can go elsewhere.” For context, there were two other completely open tables near us (4 seats each, 8 total) with absolutely no other Jersey Mikes or costumers in general around - if we were taking up seating for a family that had just bought a meal and wanted to sit and enjoy their food? Then yeah kick me out of your seats all you want!! But there was no one around… except the workers from Crave Cookie. Once dude wanted to be weird, act all big and tough, and made a huge stink about where we were sitting, the beautiful workers at Crave Cookies not only stood up for us to him, but they offered us a seat at their table and went on to say how it doesn’t matter who sits where, tables and chairs are meant for anyone to sit and relax. They didn’t mind if the Jersey Mikes costumers came to sit, so why does he care so much if the Crave customers came to sit? Their kindness snapped me back to reality 🙏🏼❤️ There are amazing people in this world, you just need to surround yourself with those individuals! Carrying around that weird, negative energy is what draws people away, and I hope more and more people realize that so they don’t consume theirselves with the negativity of others. Inclusions exclusion. You can continue to carry that weird energy and have your “Jersey Mike’s Only” seating… I’d rather go on to make a table for us all to sit at. Seek...
Just had their Philly Cheese steak (#99), as per usual, it was genuinely high quality and good medicine, even! Wasn't feeling that great past couple days, really hit the spot and I'm thankful for that.
Wanted to take a moment to appreciate the good work they do here.. you are greeted upon entering, good vibe in the atmosphere, particularly you can pick up on the professionalism and confidence.. which translates into feeling assured my food is going to meet, perhaps exceed!, my expectations.
I don't eat out at too many places, so this is important enough to me to take a moment to give a proper review. If ever there arises an issue, it is immediately addressed.
Jersey Mike's are hands down my go-to for when I'm in need of a quick sub or a Philly. I don't have favorites, re their workers, but I must give special mention to Johnny, Danny, Makiah, Gigi and Vic!
Steven S. Long time fan! Thank you, JM's! ‐------------------------------------ Update July 7th, 2024
I feel this location deserves more praise, imo. One thing I notice is how attentive they are to their customers, making sure we are taken proper care of. Also of note is their professionalism. You feel appreciated and the food always...
Read moreThis place was just weird! I walked in and not a single employee said a single hello, we'll be right with you, can I take your order nothing!
It was only one female working at the time and she was having a conversation with another employee and I'm still standing there in the order line.
Mind you there is no one else in the store other than me. Either they all just came from the back from taking a 💨💨 break -Yeah I said it 🤪 because they act like they were stuck in time.
There was a loaf of bread on the floor that everyone either walked past or kicked over to the side. I had to repeat my order to her three times and she still got it wrong! She never asked me what I wanted on the sandwich.
It was my fault that I did not check it while I was there. I just wanted my food and the exit - won't ever go back - just do...
