McDonald's — Restaurant in Orland Township

They have gotten MANY ORDERS wrong! Terrible place! Never gets my order correct! Corrupt management based off my experience!! Was also employed, they used favoritism and no matter what, will never consequence shift managers, even if they use profanity and are on their phones and let everyone else at WORK go on their phones! Used consistent favoristism! No doubt about it! When I asked a shift manager how much they make, directly after he/she discussed how much they made in one night to another employee, they said they cannot say!!! But they just told the other employee? Also they are very inconsistent with breaks! You may get a break 2 hours into your shift, or 6! The management THINKS they know what they are doing, but obviously do not in my fact-based opinion! They have gotten MANY orders wrong! ALSO be warned if hired! If a shift manager breaks any policies, and you report it, they will tell you they will not disclose any action taken! (Which in my OPINION, is because NO action is taken against shift managers!!!) the shift manager i worked with has QUESTIONABLE leadership with profanity and acted as if she knew what she was doing when she clearly did NOT. Never EVER stay silent! Many times this McDonald's HAS GOTTEN orders WRONG! I also caught the shift manager RED HANDED lying, as this women said she "saw me in the bathroom for two hours and saw me putting trays one at a time." When I told her she was W R O N G, she refused to speak and I told her PULL OUT THAT SURVEILLANCE, I was in the bathroom for 7 minutes. I was not found pulling TRAYS one at time. So she is, infact, a liar, because she LIED. Please be warned, AS I KNOW personally PEOPLE THAT HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION OF MCDONALDS GETTING THEIR ORDERS WRONG, that is a fact, that I know people that have complained about this McDonald's getting...

I've been coming to this McDonalds for a long time; as in, a long few years. On and off, even when I finally decided to stop going. On the off chance that I do come here in the recent time, the food has always been ordered wrong and genuinely made a mistake. Be it their burgers or sandwiches, the outcomes are usually not what I entail. The change from a 4 star to a 1 star is the outcome of my - literally - undercooked McChicken. I've had so many of these I'd know McDonalds unhealthy taste... but this time, I took a bite, and instantly wretched at the sandwich. I don't know if it's not cooked or the food I had was just a BAD mix of whatever it is makes the Chicken Sandwich, but it was so revolting I had to toss it away. A waste of money for a dinner, for both me and my brother for his sandwiches were bad as well.

It's sad to say that the McDonalds I've been going to - one that I've rated 4 stars - has made so many little makes in the past few months that I have to give up on it. Rather go to Burger King or go and get an actual meal. No harm to the staff who treat me right there at the window, but to those that cook the food, I don't know...

Wow wow wow! I’ve been to many dozens of MacDonald’s restaurants and this one ranks right up near the worst. I ordered coffee. It came cold a real dark even with cream added. It stunk. While I’m waiting more than 10 minutes for a replacement I used the bathroom. The filthy dirty bathroom. There was an employee that entered with a mop and left doing nothing. As I waited I watched to see if he would return. Nope! While waiting I look at the kitchen floor and the fry cook. The kitchen floor contained garbage and streaks of ketchup. Did the cleaning guy clean that up? No. He put the floor cleaning tools away and just stood around. Wait! It doesn’t stop there. Three customers brought their food inside from the drive through. 3. One complained the special order burger was not special. Another one that the fry boxes weren’t even half full. I couldn’t hear the third customer’s complaint. And finally…the fry cook sported a big beard which he completely covered with his mask. Leaving his nose and mouth uncovered. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! I am going to contact the department of health and city of Orland. I hope they...
