pssst. I have a secret. The Broken Cage is a great spot for Brunch. With its comfortable plush chairs and warm decor you feel right at home. You're greeted by a large painting of Albert Einstein, but it doesn't take a genius to see this is a great spot.

Across the street is the very busy OTHER brunch place, but if you want a nice quiet relaxing brunch without all the noise The Broken Cage can fix that for you.

The food is decently priced and delicious with amazing cappuccinos too!

Nicole runs the cage like a Swiss timepiece. Taking all the orders and making drinks. She is on top of her game, friendly, and even took time to tell us about the place.

Located in Downtown Orlando, minutes from Lake Eola, Broken Cage is an amazing spot! The staff is professional and clean (masks worn at all times). Erica will take great care of you! The decor is charming with the perfect balance of simplicity and character. We tried their matcha and pink cocktails and they did not disappoint. Both were incredibly refreshing; the perfect pick-me-up for the Florida heat. I had the blueberry habenero wings and they were juicy and seasoned well. The wings were very berry forward and the glaze featured only a whisper of habenero. It's really interesting to taste the floral quality of the pepper without the heat. Zero and Merchan are the best mixologists we've ever come across! Their from-scratch made specialty syrups show the lengths they go to make the best cocktails in the area. Both have a massive knowledge base about the liquors, and how to best pair each with the specific ingredients to bring about the absolute best tasting cocktail creations. The bar/lounge itself is great with a cozy, classy ambiance, some high-top seating, low-top seating, and booth seating in addition to the bar seats.
