Walked past Saisei a couple of weeks ago, and decided to pop in for happy hour! We tried a couple of dishes, but my favorite was the wagyu beef yakitori which literally melts in your mouth.
I stopped by again the other day to enjoy some ramen. The tonkotsu was good and the portion size was larger than expected compared to other ramen places. It was filling and I was able to take the rest home.
As for drinks, I tried the It's Litchee and the Hey Cute-Tea. Unfortunately they were out of Taro for the Hey Cute Tea so I tried the Lychee instead. The boba was okay, not fresh so it was a little hard in texture. The drinks are pretty strong in my opinion but definitely worth a try.
Service was good and I love the ambiance. The interior has anime decor and even a street fighter arcade game.

Read moreSaisei used to be Coco, a Mexican restaurant. They closed down for about a month to remodel the place, change out it’s menu and interior decoration. Have to say they did a great job with this Asian new concept. Food and drinks were so good we went there two days in a row with various friends to try different items on the menu. Everything from the wagyu to the ramen is delicious, highly recommend this restaurant. Saisei will undoubtedly be a big hit in Orlando.
