Foxtail Coffee - Leu Gardens — Restaurant in Orlando

Did I accidentally walk into an airport?

I usually stop by Foxtail at Leu Gardens for coffee (solid), but this time I grabbed a bottle of purified water and nearly fainted before it could hydrate me — $4 for 16.9 oz. At that price, I was expecting the bottle to whisper motivational quotes or be sourced from a hidden Nordic glacier. Nope, just regular water.

I also asked if the croissants were baked fresh daily — and to their credit, the staff member was honest and said they’re not. Which… for the price, kind of disappointing. If I’m paying premium café prices, I’d love for my pastry to have been born that morning, not resurrected from the freezer.

That said, I won’t knock down the stars — I know how much reviews matter for small businesses, and the location is undeniably beautiful. But I do hope the folks in charge take a second look at their pricing. Winter Park has some fantastic, quality spots where you get more for less — and fresh...
