Let me tell you, this place has the best servers in the game—every single one of them is a solid 10/10. But then there’s Bri The first time we had her for a server, we were so blown away that we immediately nicknamed her Britastic—because “fantastic” just wasn’t enough to describe her. She greeted us with a smile so warm it could melt the ice in your bucket of Miller Lites. She’s like a service ninja.
She didn’t just take our order; she anticipated it. I swear, she knew I wanted extra ranch before I even knew I wanted extra ranch. Psychic? Maybe. Magical? Definitely. I’m convinced she has some kind of magical powers because she remembered EVERYTHING we ordered last week. Yes, you read that right—LAST WEEK. Drinks, appetizers, entrées, cocktailss—she recited it all like she had a photographic memory of our taste buds. I mean, who does that?! Britastic Bri, that’s who. 🙌
And let’s talk about her timing. Bri’s timing is so perfect, I’m convinced she’s secretly choreographing the entire restaurant. Drinks? Never empty. Food? Always hot. Cocktails? She’s there before you even realize you need one. It’s like she’s operating on some higher plane of server existence. I half expected her to pull out a cape and start flying around the restaurant.
Bri must have a secret time machine because everything came out exactly when it was supposed to. No awkward waiting, no wondering where your food is—just pure, unadulterated efficiency. Oh, and did I mention she’s 100% accurate? Not a single mistake.
Honestly, Britastic Bri deserves her own fan club. Or a parade. Or maybe a statue in front of the restaurant. She’s THAT good. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, prepare to have your mind blown and your dining experience elevated to a whole new level. Bri, you’re a rockstar, a legend, and the reason we’ll be coming back again and again
By the end of the meal, we were ready to adopt her into our family. We left the restaurant full, happy, and already planning our next visit—because let’s be real, we’re only coming back if Bri is working. Miller’s Ale House, you’ve got a gem in Britastic Bri. Protect her at all costs.
If you’re still reading this and you haven’t broken the law speeding to Miller's, what are you doing with your life???? You’ll thank me later. And Bri, if you’re reading this—thank you for being the absolute GOAT. You’re not just Britastic; you’re...

Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had at ANY Orlando Ale house. This is the closest location to home and the one I frequent the most. I bring all my relatives here when they visit because it truly is(was) our favorite sports bar style restaurant.
Angel was our server(God help us). We waited for nearly half an hour for her to take our drink order. 15 minutes later they finally came out.
Appetizers showed up, did not have silverware or plates until asked for. We got a pile of forks wrapped in a SINGLE napkin for 7 people to share dropped off at our table by a young man. We asked to speak with the manager, Angel came out first and CONFRONTED a person in my group with a very poor attitude citing that it wasn't her fault, and defended herself(has she lost all sense of customer service?) After explaining ourselves to her, she was visible annoyed and walked off(she never fixed anything).
The manager finally arrived, we explained our issues, she apologized and promised to bring us proper silverware... it never came.
About 20 minutes later we placed our food orders, took nearly an hour for it to arrive. Our food showed up without sauces, we couldn't get the server back to our table(1 of the 4 tables she was taking care of) because she was talking about her Astrological sign with another table.
Does anyone else like to eat their 35 fried shrimp DRY? My friend's son ate his Zingers dry. My 2 year old son was beginning to lose his mind waiting for us to eat our food.
Our drinks remained unfilled. A 2 hour visit and I ended up not eating my meal because I was so infuriated and the food was cold by the time the sauces were brought.
The manager, I forgot her name, took MY order off our bill "as a courtesy". I asked her what that courtesy meant because I just wasted 2 hours for terrible service and I still didn't eat. She offered to have my food remade "really quick", I told her that I had lost all confidence if her and her team's abilities. She didn't make me feel valued, she didn't make me feel as if she truly understood how poorly she and her team performed.
I'd be happy to discuss this with management if they would like...
Read moreWe were very frequent customers and really liked this place but after today we will not be returning. The attention was very bad, when we arrived to the place there was no wait line and the guy at the front told us that it will only be a 5 minute wait while they clean the table we also had 8 people. We understand that it was a couple of people but they still told us it would be 5 minutes and we accepted to have high tops which we normally don’t get. We waited for a while and another kinda big party came after us and got served before us. We waited for a little bit more and still no response, the guy at the front then told me to go to him and asked for my information as if he already didn’t, which is ridiculous after sitting there for about 30 minutes. I then sat back down and decided to go and ask him and the other chick that was with him what had happen with our 5 minute wait table. They then responded with saying all the tables were filled even the high tops, I then asked if we could get 2 empty tables that were close to the front which were separated so we could get it sooner and they said no because the waiters are different and we are a party, saying that we probably will only pay with one check, so they couldn’t do anything, the attitude they had while saying all this made me feel stupid. They never asked us in the beginning if we only had one check or two which wasted our time and still declined us. So we talked to the manager that was walking up next to them and told them we have been waiting for a while. Which proceeded to say the tables are probably all full, as a manager he should be trying to help solve the problem and find a solution. We left after almost 40 minutes of arriving to leave unsatisfied with everything. I don’t know if it’s because we’re Hispanics but it is very un profesional of them to treat some of their frequent...
