EA sports has Bots, running their auction house. They can false ban you with no reason or explanation. They make people buy the game and then you spend money, points, or coins on packs. The company can then ban your account at any time saying you cheated or distributed coins with no actual proof or human interaction. If you try to contact them, all you get is bots and generic messages. No actual human interaction or anyone to actually review your case. I recently saw one of my favorite YouTubers get his account banned because he pulled a card from a game generated pack and sold on the auction house. The player item or card dropped the next day in price and he was automatically banned and lost all his funds, money and time put in the game. I had a similar issue recently that they swiped all my coins after saying ng I broke the auction house rules. I know I did not cheat or did anything shady. I understand it's a video game but people put actually money and time in this game. I saw one case that someone put 10000 American cash into this game but then got his account banned or flagged. That's really money for virtual items the game can take from you at any time with no rhyme or reason. This is very shady business practices and the company deserves to be sued. They need to stop having bots and computers run their servers and auction house. If you try to contact EA, they just give you more of a run around while making talk to more bots and generic messages. They never actually fix anyones problem. Just send their customers generic messages saying ng that can't help them or been flagged. On top of this, a lot of kids play this game and spend their parents credit cards on this game. Or packs, which have bad odds and promote gambling to underage kids. Anyway they stole my time and money from me with no human response, so I will need $2000 back in computation. I had millions of coins I spent time and money. I need to be refunded. Something...

[Consructive critique on Madden please hear me out]

Why not include an offical rule book accessible through the menu. That way people who really want a in depth study of the game can. The game is buggy you'd think after all the Madden games that have come and gone dynamic character movements wouldn't be a problem, but it is. Face of the franchise. I dig it few things that could be better. 1.) Include more position options. 2.)Give the announcers more dialogue it gets pretty dry. 3.) The announcers are often out of sync when calling plays that happen. My QB runs twenty eight yards and hes judging me on my incomplete pass and how I passed on my back foot... 4.) New announcers. Tony Romo is my personal announcer choice but there are many to choose from. Heck make them interchangeable select a personality duo option. Other than those critiques its Madden it pretty much the same every year. I wish EA would take this game into more depth. Players get traded all of the time why doesn't that happen in face of the franchise? I'd like an option to contact my favorite team to let them know I'm interested and maybe submit a proposal? I gave it a three star because I think it has the potential to be much much more than a football game that seems to be the same game over and over. My experience near the building was very poor, I am a person in a wheelchair and I am unable to defend myself . I came there with a couple of my friends so they can ride their BMX bikes and the first security guard came out and told us we can't be riding there, and so we understood that and so they started packing up their things and we were about to start heading out. I stayed on the other side closer to the building because the building looks really nice and I wanted to see what the inside look like, the first secure guard came out told us to leave no problems no drama that's fine we were ready to go but then the second security guard came out and started screaming at me a person in a wheelchair yet again I'm in A WHEELCHAIR I am unable to defend myself let alone do anything that would cause anyone any harm or property. I was met with hostility and got screamed out for just sitting next to the building. Yet again I understand that we were in the wrong but yet again we were packing up ready to go we weren't gonna do anything else we actually didn't even get to do anything at all.
