The only time they seem to care about a parental concern is around elections. .(THE BOARD OF EDUCATION UNTOUCHABLE)...

A when you set up a meeting with anyone they act like it's you against them and not as a team for the betterment of the students ... Especially if you're requesting additional aid for a child with disabilities of Any kind

The school bus continuously will come 45 minutes

late my daughter has never made it on time to a first period in her high School years

The elementary school bus allows parents to come on the bus ... I reported it..it continues and they recently had an incident where one parent put their hands on CHILD ...no safety at all

The School themselves do the minimum just as long as they keep state funding... That was proven during the covid pandemic when the situation wasn't remedied but the school demanded the children return..... Also the schools were giving away supposedly free food because the financial funding comes along with the food funding and a package and I witnessed them literally throwing away loads of it.... Because as long as they can say they distributed it... And it looked like they serve a large amount of people they would continue to receive the higher financial funding.... Super fraudulent That was at eccleston elementary at the time ... But I would not be surprised that all did this ...

It's just a place to babysit your child because academically for them to excel you literally have to do everything from at home ...and I do

But what about the parents that can't. ... This is the most underperforming and unconsidered "educational" experience I've ever seen

Absolutely horrible. No help whatsoever . A Wendy Guzman called me and was so rude I had to hang up on her. I explained that the person I lived with didn’t want to give anyone any documentation (her ID, & deed to home) which is SO understandable. Wendy implied that I was lying about living where I was living . I told her I had federal court documents stating that I was supposed to live at the address I’m at. The conversation ended with me asking her what is the alternative what can I do to enroll my child because she needs to go to school, she said “idk you have to figure it out” in a very rude, condescending tone. I just couldn’t believe the type of service that the Orange County school board is giving us. There HAS to be some way to verify address WITHOUT handing over such overly sensitive information ! Like seriously I would never EVER put my deed ANYWHERE other then the safest place on the planet and I’d never give it to anyone or let anyone have a copy. That is just unacceptable so I can understand why the person I live with would never do that. Her kids also went to the same school I’m trying to enroll my kid in. Horrible horrible horrible service. I am so sad my child has to go to a school in this county. Avoid this counties school system BY ALL COSTS!!!! I’m going to see about home schooling her . Thanks...

I'm a US Army SFC, Beware! There is a older white male in his 60's white hair, in this ocps property with a very nasty and disrespectful attitude policing the entrance of the loading dock by the school parking lot. I wish I pick up his name. This guy will act like a Karen and treat anyone with disgusting attitude, he will take pictures of your plate and threat you with a mail infraction. In my opinion this person shouldn't be working close to students as he is Not and example to any student. His behavior is poor of respect and disgusting. I try to contact this ocps location and was unable to get help because is easier for them to tell the public to send and email and brush off the issue. This person need training or better yet no work there. A little listening and lost of respect can go far and this could have been avoided. Hopefully this brings attention to the staff of authority and correct this...
