Drive the extra miles to the Lee Vista location. The customer service here is trash. I walked in around 10:30 pm to use the lotto machine, I asked if it was working before I used it, the night SUPERVISOR told me it was working. I tried to use the machine and itâs not working, so thereâs only 2 people working the floor of the store, and a person behind the sandwich making part. No one to help and thereâs a line at the register. So I waited in line and the cashier said she would be over when sheâs done with the line. So I went back at the machine, and she go talk to the store supervisor and she tells me maybe itâs not working because they had to restart it earlier that day. The same person I asked if it was working before I put my money in the machine. The supervisor comes over doesnât even look to see whatâs wrong with the machine or if we are using it wrong, she just turns it off. So we asked for our money back, she gave it to us. Then we had some lotto tickets from Saturday, we scanned to see if we were winners. The message that came up said âSee cashierâ so we told them and nobody knew what to do. Not the supervisor no one, why have workers that donât know how to use the equipment there. And everyone was in a bad mood, itâs a whole New Year.    Read moreThere was an employee that I ask for a ( Tripleta ) order and he finish give me a Cuban sandwich I told him first it was not the bread that I ask true the machine is the weed bread one, and his face reaction was like Iâm wasting with his time when his the one wasting with my 10 minutes of break that I had, then from out of nowhere this young employee very friendly separate me from the zone and told me Sorry for the inconvenient how can I help you I told him what I was asking for, and he right away told me I personally going to do your sandwich right away Sr, This young employee was fast, professional, very concerned with my short time waiting, also apologizing to me in the end of my visit helping customers with their goal and he make me fill good on my way out and he end it giving me free coffee and juice ticket I love the ideal that someone take care of my problem with too much profession in a matter of so short time, I keep going and this employee by the name (( Carmelo )) that end it that his a supervisor always that I go inside the store he like to say hi is everything good? Ok! I'm in various WaWa's across the Orlando area weekly! So much so, that many employees remember me at another location they worked at previous to this location. I've worked in Sales & Guest Relations most of my life. Despite how busy this location is, there is 'again' a RUDE Manager & employee I've encountered just for asking politely to add an ingredient to my food. This is the only WaWa that does not present garlic aioli as an option to add to a queso. when ordering! The girl got rude with me when I told her I forgot to hit special order and could you please add......cut me off..."You need to wait until I get to your # and we will call you. I have a big order before you...." Cut me off, gave me a dirty look, than said something crappy under her breath to other employee next to her! Than the heavy set caucasion Manager calls me to pick up food and just asked if it was added. She says, Yes rudely and walks off! All of this attitude just because I wanted 1 ingredient added to my food that wasn't an option for me on the order screen! Please add this to your add-on opitions on the ordering...
